Stayed at the hotel for almost a week for a business trip. The location is very central, but the hotel is on a busy street. Would not be an issue if you keep the windows closed. But the climate control on the wall blows the same very warm temperature no matter what setting. So what do you do if you... More

Amazing location. Politeness and accuracy of hostesses. Breakfast from 7 to 11 AM (this is very important for those, who loves to wake up late). All request, we made at booking, were filled! Thank you very much, our stay was so perfect. // Чудесное расположение! Девушки на регистрации - эталон вежливости и аккуратности. Завтрак с 7 до 11 утра (важный... More

This was a nice and comfortable hotel, and you get what you pay for. I enjoyed my stay while I was here for a conference. The rooms are small and the bathroom's tiny, but the beds are comfortable and it has pretty much everything you need.

This hotel is 4 star by classification, but prepare for tiny toilets, rooms without coffee maker and to wait for your turn in the restaurant for morning breakfast. We had to wait for 15 mins to get a chair in the restaurant for breakfast. Expect the same items everyday of your stay. But location and the staff attitude are excellent.

This is a very good hotel. Nothing fancy. Clean rooms, although they could either wash carpets or replace as they are stained. Breakfasts are fine. You pay extra for cappuccino, which was much better than the free coffee. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Close to Metro and walking distance to many restaurants and Kremlin.

We stayed here in 2011. The people working at the front desk speak better English then our previous visit, as well as being more helpful and friendly. The surrounding neighborhood has improved quite a bit with many restaurants near by. Reasonable walking distant to the Kremlin. The hotel is still a bit dark and depressing. The breakfast are fairly standard.... More

Staying in Zamoskvorechye

Neighbourhood Profile
Zamoskvorechye
It wouldn’t be a mistake to call Pyatnitskaya street the main axis of this neighborhood – turn one direction and you’ll find the Tretyakov Gallery in Lavrushinsky Lane, turn another – a hip Scandinavian restaurant. Old churches now embrace contemporary life with style and grace. Going to Zamoskvorechye is like visiting during the times when it was a medieval Russian quarter, but with a modern twist of 20th century buildings pushing themselves into the 21st century with new businesses opening weekly. Stroll down Pyatnitskaya to taste dozens of global cuisines – from Ukrainian and Georgian to Thai and American.
