We lived in the boarding house from August 13 to 17, 23. Not a bad option. Very well located. Air conditioning is not available in all rooms. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV. There is air conditioning on the fourth floor. There was hot water only one day out of four, but on the first floor you can wash in a public shower, there is a boiler. They took it without food. Audibility in the rooms. Doors with a large gap at the bottom. The staff is very nice. Happy with your vacation

Coming for the New Year holidays in a room on the last floor (superior comfort) . The location is super, to the flower garden hand serve. Clean, neat (killed balcony, but for what a chic view of Mashuk... We were pleased. And there was a concert program for the new year when we arrived. I was fine with it. Drive with positivity and then rest will succeed.

We lived in the boarding house from May 14 to May 21. The boarding house is located very well, in the city center, next to the pump room with mineral water, the Tsvetnik park (near it you can board the bus for an excursion). We bought a ticket without meals and with wellness, so I can’t say anything about food, and we only got better with an oxygen cocktail and herbal tea. Our room was on the 3rd floor, standard category 2. The room is quite decent, recently renovated, of course it’s not a European-quality renovation, but we liked it: clean and tidy. The room has two beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows, new blankets and clean white linen. There are 3 towels for each guest, they can be changed every day; our bed linen was changed after 4 days. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. Everything works perfectly. There is a cooler in the corridor. The room also has a large balcony with a dryer. The bathroom has simple plumbing, but new and clean, a shower with a curtain. The water is cold and hot without interruption, there is even a basin for washing. Shampoo, shower gel, soap are replenished daily. Cleaning daily. The staff is friendly. Thank you all very much. Next time we plan to come for treatment.

I rested in the boarding house "Iskra" in September 2023. I booked a single economy room on their website. We were placed in another room, which did not match the description and photo on the website. The room of this category "Economy Single" is not in the list of rooms at the administration desk. I turned to the administrator Elena with a request to change the number, she threw a scandal, said that I was a manipulator, and refused to change. The room is dilapidated, the bathroom smells like a garbage dump, the sink and toilet are not cleaned, the bedspread is in terrible condition, the springs of the mattress dig into the back, there are huge yellow-brown stains on the white blanket, insects live in the room (they stuck to a pill left overnight on the nightstand, maids carry dichlorvos in a cart), el. the kettle is all dirty inside and out, it’s scary to even touch it, let alone drink from it. I don’t recommend this boarding house “Iskra” to anyone unless you want your vacation to be ruined like mine.

The most disgusting food - from products to the quality of cooking. The waiters are just a bunch of random people without a rank book. This is the first time in 10 years that I have encountered such unprofessionalism. Rospotrebnadzor authorities definitely need to check the catering in this boarding house, they are simply poisoning vacationers.
