This is a delightful boutique hotel right in the centre of Ekaterinburg the fully renovated building is approximately 100 years old and one of the last left in the city. The room is not overly large but came with a queen bed two comfortable arm chairs and drawing table. Every amenity was provided robes, slippers toiletries etc etc. unfortunately our...

This small hotel is a brilliant find. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet near the centre. The breakfasts were great, although very small dining area. The staff were wonderful, helpful and firendly, nothing too much trouble. Would definately reccomend

Small but sweet. Nice rooms close to the city and shopping (major supermarkets behind the hotel). Short walk to the open air market for memorabilia, crafts etc. On tram and bus routes and not far to the Metro station. Busy street but double glazing does the trick. Small dining room but good (although not extensive buffet) breakfast. Very clean facilities....

Very nice boutique hotel, reminicent of a French bistro. Triple glazing ensures a quiet stay even though the very central location with heavy traffic and trams running continuously coul have easily jepardised the tranquility. Very good room menu but the lack of restaurant has the benefit of making one search out one of the many and eclectic bars and restaurants...

I enjoyed a very comfortable 3-night stay at the Hotel Chekhov. The staff are friendly and speak good English, and the buffet breakfast has a very wide range of food which changes every day, which is impressive considering the size of the dining area. Good central location next to a huge shopping mall - do try the Russian/Ukrainian restaurant just...

This is a little gem of a hotel. It is convenient to most sights and to a huge mall/shopping center with an excellent world class grocery store. The staff is very friendly, especially when serving the great breakfast. The WiFi is fast and free. The rooms are on the smaller side but more than enough for two. Great value for...

The Chekhov is a lovely little boutique hotel close to a major shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly and English speaking. It was only a short overnight stay during my Trans-Siberian trip but we were able to secure an early check in and late check out (9pm) without any problems....

The Chekov is well located and charming. The staff are exceptional - very friendly, efficient and speak English well enough. They went out of their way to book an Uzbek restaurant for one of our group's birthday - actually making a back up booking at a second Uzbek restaurant. The room itself was fairly spacious - plenty of room for...

The entrance to the Chekhov is a small section at the end of the Subway shop. We only stayed for two nights at this small (25 rooms I think) hotel but felt that we were treated like welcome guests. The first two reception young ladies spoke very good English and were most charming – coupled with being so helpful. Our...
