The rooms are tine, the service is non existent... but when you talk about the location only, it is definitely value for money.
Especially for the ladies as it is right in front of the ladies gate.

The rates are different as per the demand. During this season which is peak for Umrah. It should be 800/- to 1,000/- SR normally they r between 400/- SR to 600/- SR subject to availability. Better book thru Umrah Operators.
