This hotel deserved one star because of its location to the Masjid. The hotel was filthy, disgusting, and smelled worse than a barn. When we got into our hotel room there were dirty q-tips on the ground, the drawers smelled horrendous when you opened it, and everything seemed sticky. The hallway leading up to the room (Third floor) smelled like...

Stayed here several nights recently and have stayed here previously a couple of times but that was about ten years ago. Location is very good in terms of entering masjid nabi saw but the hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The free wifi in the lobby is extremely slow and really needs to be upgraded.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was really appalled at the condition of the room , Every time you flush the bathroom would flood with water and the response was that it was not sewage and they did not fix it. The bathroom looks dark and moldy in place , hot water was available in spurts. They...

Everything is falling off. The wood work , the carpets , sanitary fittings all needs replacement and not repairs... Hope the management heeds otherwise it will...

Although the hotel staff is not friendly, the breakfast was a big joke. But the location is great and the view from the 13th floor was wonderful. Room AC was bad. I paid for my room through booking.com and when I reached at night the reception couldn't find my payment info in the reservation so I had to pay again...

Cracking location, you cannot beat it. Quality of hotel not up to its rating at all, more like 2 star hotel. Old dated rooms and furniture, safe deposit boxes not securely fixed, carpets needs upgrade, litter outside rooms, some dodgy people (non guests) in corridor hwen we arrived (possible beggars). Breakfast was reasonable, simply the location is the best thing...

This is not a 4 star hotel, max 3 star. Breakfast is very very poor. Same menu everyday with very limited choice. Rooms are okay. Only good thing is location which is close to Haram other then that it's an average hotel.

The location of the hotel is brilliant and close to the women's gate. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. We were 3 adults and I requested a room with masjid view as these were available at no extra cost. We got given a family suite with a view from both windows and it was especially helpful to have two...
