We had to be relocated here, someone messed up our booking at the Darul Hijra. The front desk manager was very rude. There was six to seven minute wait at the elevators, most of the time. There were not enough people to do the cleaning.

The hotel is good and the positive thing that it was near the gate 25 of Al-Nabawi Mosque but rooms wasn't comfortable, Chairs was broken and bathrooms were very very small but it still a good hotel because it's above a restaurant and a groceries shop

One of the worst experience in whole life.the only plus is it is near the ladies gate 25. Else everything negative. There was no kitchenet in the room. Bathroom was very small. You have to ask for cleaning . You are sometimes disturbed by the noises made in the next room

Bad hotel. Awful smell, no proper cleaning. The management is worst. There is even water shortage for bathing. Kind of helpful staff, they help you when you pester them. Small claustrophobic rooms!! In short Stay Away!

The hotel is at a distance of 5-7 min walking to masjid al-nabawi. It is located centrally, all facilities like food mall etc. easily accessible. Rooms are quite comfortable, pricing affordable, service quality is also good. I had booked a 3 bedroom flat at the hotel during my visit. I think that would be more convenient if ur going in a...

The room is so small but they miraculously manage to arrange so much unnecessary furniture into this tiny space. From my entourage, we all had the share a room so for a room of 3, they put us in a room with 4 beds. The bedsheet i slept in has shoeprints on it. Barely any space to walk about after the...

“Make sure you see the room first, if you don't like it SAY SOMETHING, otherwise the staff wont speak up for you. They are more than willing to provide soap, towels, tissues etc. But bring your own shampoo and toilet paper if the water spray isnt enough for you. Also, try the tea in the lobby, its to die for!”
