First time that encounter a hotel have brownout have to change room to different floor. the shower hot water was not functioning even we change room. the drainage was clogged. buffet has a few choices. the only good side is located on metro station

It is about 20~30 MINUTES if you take subway. What if you take the shuttle bus, it takes about 15- 20 MINUTES
as to Main city what you meant about Downtown, the modern area Tien-He zone, taxi is about 20_30 minutes
