I had issues with the money changing ATM machine, which sucked my money, but did not get a required currency. Hotel staff reacted to this very fast and looked to my issue very seriously. It was solved within 20min! Without them I would be still trying to reach chinese bank and I guess in the end would just give up.

Its my third stay here. Still rooms are clean with good pillows and towels. Very good breakfast plus drinks and snakes always available in the lobby. Prompt free transportation to Canton fair and back with free water and fruits. only negative points is lack of English speaking people in the front desk to assist. Mr. Lee is very helpful .Stayed... Location of hotel is so bad, that none of taxis want to go there. Breakfast was empty of food at 8:00, to full fill from 0- 20% of it I needed to wait 15 min. Lobby restorant personal don't speak english and if you will order somthing you will not get it or you will get one word "sorry"-very common... More

The rooms are nice. They are clean and spacious. However do not trust the staff. We booked a massage and arrived to be told to wait 60 minutes. I showed reception staff a market we wanted to visit and asked for directions and I was sent to an over priced shopping centre. This wasted our entire day. We ordered room... More

It has eveything a business traveller needs, clean, spacious, near shopping malls. Massage on 9th floor is great value and is NOT a dodgy one. WIFI is very poor, I had to use my 4g to be able to use my VPN. It would get 5 stars otherwise.

This is located on a secondary road near the Tianhe computer market. Its very near to the Ganding subway station and the Majestic hotel. I come to Guangzhou by train via Hong Kong and taking a taxi at the East Railway Station is a recipe for being charged exorbitant taxi fares. Fortunately, the subway is located on the same building... More

This is not a 5 star in a Ritz Carlton sense. It is definitely 5 star however re, based on value for money, location, quietness, enthusiastic staff. 2 minutes from a metro that gets you anywhere in Guangzhou, including Pazhou. Breakfast is good. Locality is safe. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Candy is a " personal butler" for English... More

The closest to an 'international' hotel that I've experienced in Guangzhou. The hotel itself is pretty plush and checking in was easy with the staff speaking good English. The room was lovely with a huge, comfortable bed (even by Western standards). The a/c was ok but took quite a while to bring the temperature down. The bathroom was nice, with... More
