Location is good and close to down town. We asked for a room which is not facing main street so it's quiet in the evening. Room is clean. There is always some bad smell from the carpet in wet season in southern Asia. You would have some local food for breakfest. Taxi service in Guilin is no good, they would... More

Not a hotel I would stay in to visit Guilin (wouldn't stay there anyway as moving either to the Rice terraces or towards Yangshuo is much nicer). We used it as a cheap one night stay as we arrived late and were picked up again next morning to visit Pingan. What a nice surprise for the relative little money spend.... More

We only stayed here two nights. Really liked having a well furnished room and modern hotel in central downtown location. Would not be my choice for a longer stay, as there are more romantic locations. Good value for the price.

This is a nice hotel, really clean and fully serviced. What I'm not so happy about it is slow Internet connection and there are no international channels on TV, only Chinese ones. The location is in the town near shopping places.

Stayed in a two twin bed room, beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast delicious with some western choices. Location is ideal for evening walking through the night market and outdoor dining experience (less than 5 minutes walk). Service is average but acceptable, better thank most typical Chinese places. My opinion, I definitely will come back and recommend it.

Having asked to be changed from my last hotel I found this hotel to be worth it. Very helpful staff. Seemed to want to go out of their way to help. Usually at least one who spoke English. Rooms comfortable and clean and a good size. WIFI available everywhere. Breakfast was Ok although on my last morning I had a... More

The hotel was close the Elephant Hill Park which proved to be a very worthwhile visit. We had a room on the top floor. However there was no minibar fridge (which was advertised). I complained to the front desk and within minutes the housekeeping staff arrived at the door with a fridge. Unfortunately the fridge didn't work and they had... More

Went here with a huge group. The hotel itself is located in a not-so-special area overlooking an empty road. The rooms are very spacey. Everything is working well and all the basic needs are provided in good conditions. Beds are a bit hard for those not used to Chinese bed. Breakfast could've been much better. We only got warm bread... More
