The hotel offers pretty good rooms for affordable prices. It might not be ultra-central but it offers good transportation options so you can reach every attraction you want and has many restaurants around.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour and was surprised to find some things in our room. First of all it was supposed to be a non smoking room but it was evident that someone had smoked. It was disgusting. There was food and various other items on the walls and on the doors. Then I stumbled...

It looks and feels pretty good, its clean and smart and looks and feels like its an upmarket hotel. However there are a few niggles. The bellhops are surly and wont go out in the rain, waitresses come in fours to demand payment for drinks in the middle of your meal and rooms at the front (even 15 floors up)...

I've stayed in many hotels in Xi'An, and this one had the best English speaking staff. They were real professionals and I liked the way they discreetly inquired where did I stay before and what did I liked and didn't like in their hotel. Rooms are smaller than in the other hotels with the same rating, but they were reasonably...

this hotel is a welcome haven after a long day of sightseeing. As you enter the rather spectacular exterior you are blown away by the space and opulence of the foyer. It really is spectacular. Staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble. All staff great guests with a warm smile and a hello. The dining room on the...

Very nice hotel with comfortable if, slightly smallish room. Good bathroom. Internet on TV in room but WiFi only available in reception which is a bit disappointing for a hotel of this size and modernity. Breakfast was a good choice in a revolving restaurant at the top....except it no longer goes around! Perhaps it revolves at dinner only. No matter....

I would like to be able to give this hotel 3 1/2 stars - it's better than 3 but not quite a 4. My "single" bed had two very large single beds in it. The room and bathroom had all the usual amenities. The bathroom was a bit tired in places, but it was clean. I do like a hotel...

The reviews I read weren't promising, but as the second hotel in our China tour, we foud it to be clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and the beds comfortale (if a bit hard!). Breakfast was served on the top floor was good with reasonable choice of western food for those not daring enough to start the day...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the start of a Wendy Wu 'Silk Road Explorer' tour in September 2013. The hotel was probably among the best in town when opened in 1992, and is now a good mid-range choice although it could do with some refurbishment, including new carpets. Our room (1302) was clean and comfortable,...

Smokers will love this hotel...they needn't even light up a cigarette...just breathe in the air, from the reception that reeks of tobacco, to the rooms that overpower you with the odour....beds, pillows, sheets and towels...all of them smell...a serious problem in this hotel! I asked for a non-smoking room..what a fool I was....expecting something that's normal in a hotel. It...
