We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in September. The AC was not working for all 5 days throughout the hotel and no explanation or compensation was offered. The staff at the restaurant at breakfast were not polite. The room itself may have been beautiful when it was new a long time ago, but now, the state of repair...

This hotel is located near the railway station and it is also very convenient to transfer from the airport as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it only costs ¥25 per person. Securing a taxi is easy too, plenty of taxi located outside the hotel. The service staff are good too, if you could speak Mandarin....

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night only in October, 2015. The room was stuffy. The worst part was the toilet had no privacy. Toilet door was of transparent glass. Never seen such toilet anywhere in the world. The shower was problematic. Wi- fi inefficient. No one could speak or understood english. But the location was excellant. Many shops...

The reception very slow you can easily wait for over 15minutes without being served. The only plus I can think of is the location close to the shopping centre and the bus/train station. I can't...

This hotel is very old. The rooms are dirty. They provide torn and stained bath towels. There is no air-cond in the room. The staff cannot understand english. The only plus sign is that the airport shuttle bus booth is just in front of the hotel and it cost RMB25 per person. I will not recommend this hotel to my...

We just stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. It is a good average hotel. Nothing exciting, but also nothing bad. For us the beds have been a bit too hard. The breakfast is okay, you get noodles as well as toast. The hotel is very close to the raislway station and the main street, but no noise. We have...
