I was traveling with my older coworker and we always share a room with two beds. I booked a room with one bed and requested an extra roll away bed and when we checked in they said they did not do roll away beds. We were told while booking that we could get an extra bed for 30¥ per night...

Room: Just nice for two adult guests and two large size suitcases; anything more would be a bit of a squeeze. Room is very poorly designed. There is a wardrobe, but using it is like trying to open a car door with a car/wall 5 inches away from it. Room and bathroom could do with hooks/hangers to compensate for the...

The hotel itself was fine value for money. Rooms were shabby, but clean. Only one person working at reception spoke English, and he was very helpful, when available. If I go back to hangzhou, I will stay on the north side of the lake -- it's much more attractive and close to God restaurants and bars.

The hotel was generally in a bit of a dilapidated state. There was plaster peeling off the walls, the wardrobe had plaster peeling off of its well. The rooms were small and didn't leave much room to open a suitcase. One of the rooms we stayed in was damp. Generally the hotel was dark and dingy. There are far better...

Just a 10 minute walk away from West Lake, this is located right in the middle of a nice shopping district with major brands being minutes away. Also nice cafes and restaurants are almost next door. Metro station is a 5-6 minute walk. Rooms were a tad small but manageable . The room had a computer- presumably to help guests...

Awesome location, very dated and old but clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, we are traveling on a budget and this one was quite reasonable, I think if you're looking for somewhere cheap in good location this is definitely worth considering

The location of the hotel is good as is near the West Lake and city centre, and beds are comfortable. However, rooms are really, really small. Even we booked a business room the guardrobe was attached to one of the beds and could not use it, also the bathroom was very tiny. The amenities of the room were good but...

I think the name "Boutique Hotel" is being used too often especially in China however this hotel in a leafy tree lined street is value for money close to the local people. In the same road as the hotel are numerous restaurants offering local food at great prices. Opposite is a local bakery and if you having trouble with your...

The Bokai Business Hotel is located in a very local and peaceful street in Hangzhou, yet very close to the lake (15-20 minute walk). There are restaurants in the vicinity as well as two coffeeshops (one of them open 24 hours), two pharmacies, and a variety of boutique clothing stores. The staff is friendly and helpful although with enough English...
