We stayed at the Hotel for 3 days. The hotel is in close proximity to shopping centres and our room offered a good view of Wulun Square (with music fountain show at 1930). The lobby is on the 8th floor and is a throw-back to...More
The hotel is not too far from the city center: just 0.0 Km away, and it is quite near to the airport. No less exceptional is the hotel's easy access to the city's myriad attractions and landmarks, Hotel near to all the big shopping mall,...More
Right in the middle of the centre and not far from the West Lake. Clean and comfortable. Easy to find. You are bang in the middle of everything. Lots of shopping malls and eateries nearby. Definitely good value for money.
Location is perfect for the tourists. Near to metro station. Close to shopping places like Longxianqiao and attractions like West lake cultural center. Few Muslim restaurants nearby. Hotel amenities are average. excellent view from revolving restaurant at the top.
Typical modern faceless hotel, but quite comfortable, in a good location and good value for money. We could not find a taxi and would have missed our train if not for Caroline (one of the managers in the hotel) who took us all the way...More

I was in Hangzhou in March of this year and the hotel is very nice and is in the middle of the city. I arrived at the train station and departed by air. To answer your question directly I do not recall an airport shuttle for any of the hotels but then again I wasn't looking for them. There is probably buses that can get you to the train station but that won't be a great help at that time. If I recall correctly the trip from the hotel to the airport via Taxi was about 45 minutes. Generally taxis in China are quite affordable and while I can't remember exactly what the taxi cost I think it was around $40usd. With you arriving at the airport at 9:30pm and, by the time you get your luggage I am not sure that you would want a bus...if you can find one. It probably won't get you to the hotel until after midnight.
You say you don't speak Chinese - I don't either, and the one thing that I learned quickly was to have the addresses that I require for hotels, etc. printed in Chinese and available when I get into the taxi. You can pull the addresses off the hotels web pages and just hand it to the driver. Spend some time before you leave for your trip to do this and it is time well spent.
I was only in Hangzhou for a day. The hotel is in a major shopping area but it is a worthwhile walk to head to the lake area about 30 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff can point you in the right direction. There is also a subway stop not far from the hotel.
Hope this helps.
