Stayed there for 7 nights on business attending a conference organized in this hotel. It is a really nice place not only with good conference facilities, but also a great place to visit the beatiful city of Hangzhou. The scale is from three pluses to three minuses. Clean room +++ The room (located in Suite 3, the hotel actually consists...

Stayed here for business reasons. What a fantastic location if you're wanting to be close to the almost endless walks around Xihu (West Lake). We were trying to find reasonably priced hotels for business with the criteria that they were clean, accessible and could guarantee non-smoking rooms - which can be a trick in China. This hotel compares well. It's...

The hotel is located next to the West Lake on the Yang Causeway, providing many sightseeing opportunities within walking distance. It provides for a very quiet stay. The hotel is comfortable and clean. However, the amenities left lots to be desired. There was only a single TV channel in english. The mini-fridge did not cool down the minibar items. The...

It was a nice surprise when the taxi arrived at the hotel! We chose it because it was close to the lake. Didn't expect the hotel to be so nice. Room was clean, service was good. The restaurant serves very nice food too. We will go back again.

I spent 4 nights here in June 2013. It was fantastic. clean and modern, but most importantly surrounded by beautiful greenery and of course the famous west lake. The staff were very kind, even though there were some language barrier moments :)

Really quiet place with the lake just across the road. Spent 2 nights there and loved the decor. We had lunch there and the food was nicely done. Good service. Within walking distance to watch impression Hangzhou.

I stayed at the Jinxi Hotel in May 2013 and I would definitely return. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and the restaurant meals that we had at the hotel were excellent. On our return to Hangzhou they were completely booked so we stayed at the Xihu State Guesthouse. Both hotels are very nice; if you do not speak...

Really good place to stay in, the place is very quiet with a big garden and west lake or xihu lake is right at the front gate of the hotel. The main city center is a little way off, but taxis to and from the hotel are easy to get, taxi fare will be around 15 to 20 RMB to...

My wife and I stayed spent three nights at the Jinxi Hotel during the second week of May, 2012. We were definitely the only Americans at the hotel and really the only westerners that we saw during our stay. For us this was wonderful as we like the immersion experience, but many westerners who want to be catered to might...

Stayed here for 4 nights in winter 2011. The rooms are very clean and the ambience is lovely, with a lot of greenery and lawns around the main building. It was quiet and very idyllic. The West Lake is right across the street and it was easy to go there for walks in the mornings. I liked the small touches...
