This property is located across the street from the University north of city central. There's a 7-11 across the street which is where I always got cash from the ATM. Subway stop about a 4 minute walk away--very convenient. Stayed at the hotel last week which was in the middle of February. Hokkaido as a whole is COLD AND SNOWY...

The hotel is nice, especially there is a microwave at every room, very helpful to cut the food budgets. 7-11 mart across the street of the hotel and vendor machine on the 2nd floor at the hotel. Not very far from Sapporo main station, around 10 minute walk. But near the hotel, maybe around one block there is a subway....

While you do have to walk (not underground) a good 10min from Sapporo Station and even further to the city centre, everything else was great in this hotel: neat, clean and large room and single bed, as well as very friendly and helpful service with mostly good English

It takes about 20 mins walk from JR station which is not good for traveller with big luggage. The alternatives are 3 MINUTES BY CAR FROM SAPPORO STATION ON JR LINE (about 670-700 JPY taxi fee) 5-10 MINUTES WALK FROM KITA-12-JYO STATION ON NANBOKU LINE SUBWAY. The hotel staff are very helpful. Since we moved around during the trip, we...

3 mins walk from the subway station. There is also a 7-11 mart just right across the street of the hotel. Good service from the staff and a nice gesture to provide ladies amenity pack. Room was clean and nice, it even came equipped with a microwave oven. I would strongly suggest to take the subway to Kita-Juni-jo (just 1...

Stayed 2 nights in the double room at the Sapporo Clark. Upon arrival, the friendly frontdesk staff greeted us and briefed us about hotel policy and where the various amenities in the hotel were located. The door gift that was presented to us was also a nice touch. The room was well sized and bigger than the Best Western which...

Clean, inexpensive hotel with good service. About 10 minute walk to train station so served our needs very well. The rooms are similar to a Super 8 Motel in the US but as with everything in japan, even budget accommodations are impeccably clean. They also have some hilarious TV channels including one that shows nothing but cats laying around. Might...

Stayed at Sapporo Clark for 3 nights during super peak July. Spacious and clean room. Was provided ladies' amenity pack. Very thoughtful. We booked the twin room and bed was big. Pillow was tiny though. There were 2 huge cushions provided but we had no use of it. The bathroom was a big step above floor. Getting in and out...

The main draw of this hotel is the location less than a block away from Hokkaido University. The reason why one would want this location is if you are visiting someone at the HU hospital. They have special rates for guests who are visiting patients there which is a very reasonable Y5700. There are also reduced rates for stays of...
