Location is very good - it's near to JR Sapporo for only 2 blocks and easy to find. The hotel is just the opposite to a car rental which is very convenient for us. Also, we can leave our luggages w/ a hotel bef check-in time and went around the city. However, the size of the room is quite compact...

We booked a non smoking triple room but was given a smoking room. However, the front desk did inform us that as the hotel was full, they could not accommodate our request for a non smoking room but had sanitized and refreshed it in preparation for our check in. I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised to find...

The room is bigger compared with other budget hotel and the decoration is new and more modern. It provides both wireless and wired connection and both are very stable. There is a spa on 1/F floor...

My room was on 2nd floor facing street and woke up with the noise from street. Small lounge with free drink located near lobby. 1 min to convenience store...

we spent a total of 4 nights at this hotel. Mitsui garden is 5 minutes walk from the JR station, and it is very easy to find. Perfect location for travelling in Sapporo. Room is nice and clean. There's a public bath on the second floor and that's a bonus for a hotel! We left our luggage (for free!) at...

Arrived at Sapporo after 7 days in Obihiro, Kushiro, Shiretoko, Akanko and Furano. Hotel is one block from JR Sapporo so it's quite convenient. It is close to everything (JR, restaurants, shops, University of Hokkaido). Compared to the other hotels in the area, this one is quite modern, unlike some hotels which can have really dated decor. Rooms are small...

At just less than 10,000 Yen a night and at such a good location, it's a steal! It's also less than 15 minutes walk away from Gokurakuyu Sapporo Yayoi (public bath house).
