I stay from 21april to 24april 2017. I choose this hotel because there is a bus from New Chitose airport that stop in front of this hotel. The bus fee is ¥1030 per way. Check in was smooth and good. They had assigned me to 16th floor. Room was very small. It is about 21sq metres with a queen bed....

We are currently staying in ANA Sapporo Hotel as part of our honeymoon trip to Hokkaido. Originally booked the standard room which turned out to be really small, which is normal for Japanese city standards, so we requested for an upgrade to the premium room for an additional 5000 yen per night. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful...

The hotel is so convenient to us during our stay in Sapporo for the Snow Festival. Just take us 7-10 mins walk from JR station and we can either choose to walk on the street or underground. However, for snowing weather, you might find it is quite hard for you to walk there as streets are slippery and there are...

i was in this hotel from 2nd to 6th March 2017 and it was my first trip to Japan. Before i went i read a lot about Japanese and it was not surprising about what people wrote about their customer service. No one can beat that. From the checkin counter to the restaurants all are so helpful and friendly. The...

Clearly this is an old hotel, design is in the 80s. But the service is good. Especially the housekeeping which they really has done a good job in making up the room. Everything in the room functions well. The only small complaint that I have is that there's no in-room safe and you have to bring your valuables down to...

I made booking to this hotel via HIS Travel Shinjuku as a package with ANA fligth Haneda-Sapporo-Haneda. With a very limited time to prepare the trip, we didn't have time to check the hotel and expecting for a service as "supposed to be" according to the hotel stars. I didn't even realized that this hotel is a group of IHG,...

Good location with friendly service. 5 mins walk from the station and 10-15mins to the park and the market. Spacious room, much bigger than most of the hotel rooms in Japan. And most importantly, most tour do pick up and drop off from this hotel!

The hotel is situated near the Odori Park and Shishuska. The hotel has a timpanyki style restaurant located on the top floor with a nice view but the restaurant is pricey. At least $80 & up per plate. They have a western and Japanese style breakfast buffet. The western style was pretty good with a variety. I wish they had...

We stayed here last January (11-15 Jan) together with group of people from our office. hotel is very strategic, near to minimarket. Compared to room in other hotel in Japan, the room is standard, i would say the reason to choose this hotel is because of its location, very near to MRT Station and restaurants / shopping disctrict.
