It's a bit tricky if you don't speak or read Japanese. I did it by clicking buttons on their homepage until I found what looked like the reservation page and then used the Chrome browser translator to translate the page into English. The translation isn't perfect but you can probably figure it out.
You can try your luck calling, they may have staff on hand that can speak a few English words but have a Japanese phrasebook handy so you can say some key phrases.
