This is brilliantly located near the Peace Park which is great to visit night and day. The rooms were large by Japan standard and well appointed with a great shower. Breakfast was the downside, a choice of 3 trays 2 full on Japanese one with sausages and eggs on. It wasn't as bad as it looked and there was bread,... More

A good location on tramline 1 from the station. Chuden Mae tram stop (two after Honduri) is next to the hotel. It is within walking distance of the Peace Park (10 minutes) and Honduri for shopping (maybe 15 minutes). There are a cluster of convenience stores around it. The rooms are on the small side but are adequate and well... More

Excellent location, hotel was ok. Spacious room but with no view at all, a bit stuffy (at least the one where we stayed for a night). Breakfast was a disaster, hardly anything. It was a typical Japanese spread. It needs improvement to bring it to international standards. Otherwise ok experience.

Well priced for a reasonable sized room (for Japan). Bed was pretty hard so I didn't get a comfortable nights sleep there. Check in done via a staff member followed by payment at an ATM type machine, where you also check out. Location good - tram stop right out front and night life and shopping area a within 10min walk.

Good location. Near attractions, restaurants and train station. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast provided was good, adequate nutritionally. The room was spacious by comparison to the other hotels that we stayed at in Japan. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Only a 2 night stay to visit the A-Bomb Dome and Peace Park and was conveniently located, just a 15 minute walk. The tram was close by so easily accessible from the railway station. Service was good, our room was a decent size as we chose a deluxe twin so gained about 12 sq metres extra. Good to have a... More

Location: Located on a main thoroughfare in Chuden Mae with a frequent tram service connecting to various sightseeing options and to the main JR station (20 minutes). Exact fare 160 yen per single journey or, better still purchase a single day or multi day pass. Plenty of nearby restaurants, and convenience stores, but mostly this is a commercial part of... More

I stayed at this hotel early part of November of last year. They were just starting to expand their menu at the little hotel restaurant. I ordered the same thing every morning which was the Japanese menu and although they served the same kind of fish (saba) the 4 days that I was there it was the only place that... More

This was a lovely hotel. Close to Peace park and A-bomb memorial. Very clean spacious rooms. Staff excellent. Restaurant downstairs very reasonable and quick service. Orders and payment taken on a machine near front door. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights at the Daiwa Roynet Hiroshima in a standard double room. The room was neat and clean - many Japanese hotels have the same room layout and bathroom. The location is perfect for seeing the Peace Museum and memorials, and the A-Bomb Dome. Also a short walk from amazing gardens and great restaurants. The staff saved my... More
