部屋はピエナスイートに泊まりました。 部屋は広く清潔で良かったです、どこもとてもきれいでした。 朝食がおいしかった。デザートが種類多く大変よかったです。 また是非泊まりたいです。 I stayed in the Piena Suite for 1 night. The room is spacious and clean, everything in the room is awesome. The breakfast buffet is delicious and I was surprised by the variety of tasty desserts. I would definitely want to stay here again in the near future.

Piena is north of the Sanomiya Station which is also close to Ijinkan a popular tourist place in Kobe. The rooms are small but clean. There is a nice restaurant in second floor, but we never tried, because it was booked solid for dinner (they are open to all people).

I stayed here for one night this past weekend. The room was not so large, but was adequate for two and had quite a large bathroom. The hotel seems to be famous online for its breakfast, which consisted of a large variety of Japanese and French dishes, as well as a huge bread and jam selection and an impressive array...

I've stayed in this hotel twice, and I have to say it's one of my favorites. The rooms that I've gotten have been quite large for Japan, with room for couches or at least a little sitting area. It's a cute place, very fancy-feeling, and the staff have always been incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet is mentioned for obvious reasons...

Thank you very much for staying Hotel Piena Kobe Hotel Piena Kobe’s breakfast is no1 in Japan which is very popular with women because it has many kinds of cakes at breakfast. I don't agree with this 4.5 star rating. Don't be fooled by the fancy looking lobby and restaurant. The guest room is small (to be expected in japan) and very old. After returning from dinner our room was extremely hot and could not be cooled by the air conditioning unit. We called the front desk to notify them and someone...

Most reviewers mention the breakfast with good reason - it is a huge buffet with a cakes table capable of causing immediate diabetic comas. The rooms are also a decent size for Japan, and we were very comfortable in a King bed. We walked to the main attractions, but the hotel is conveniently located for public transport.

A lovely hotel. Larger rooms than many. French blue and white decor. Helpful friendly staff. Our a/c did not work. Staff came to room with dyson fan and air purifier. Thankfully cool outside and opening the window worked, so I did not complain further about the a/c. Immaculate clean. All amenities. I highly recommend and would stay again. --- coffee...

Walked downhill from Shin-Kobe station (make sure you print off their directions) and arrived at this sweets smelling polished hotel. Another 20 min walk to European houses and the Trick Art Museum and to the Sannomiya train station in the other direction where we took a bus to Arima Onsen. The buffet was fantastic because besides the sweets there are...
