Kamiobou is a beautiful and tranquil place to stay overnight while enjoying the hot springs baths of Arima Onsen. Unlike other some baths in Japan, they do welcome tattooed foreigners. I checked this in advance, and also arrived wearing a sleeveless shirt, just to avoid surprises. The staff were gracious, speaking some English. Signage in this ryokan is in Japanese...
