Clean, neat, central... What else can you expect? The staff were friendly, the room cleaned dailu to top standard, there are two choices of pillows on the bed... There's a bathtub to relax your tired feet and it's in walkibg distance to Sannomiya station and Kobe tower. I would come back instantly!!

We have stayed for one night in this hotel in transit. We have parked the car in this hotel with a auto-park facility. The hotel rooms are not small and the location is close to JR. The hotel looks modern and the facility is great. It is good for one night stay. The rate included breakfast and the food has...

I recently stayed here for 10 days on a business trip. It was very close to the office so very convenient. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The rooms and bathrooms are very small with not much room to walk around. As someone else pointed, not even enough space to put your suitcase. The staff speaks little...

Stayed a couple of days for business and turned out to be a popular place to be in Kobe this week. Had to take a double in Trusty which was a bit pricy but nice space and nice rooms. Very well organized, excellent cleaning and nice to get a Yukata for the night. Breakfast very OK and best of all......

This is a new hotel. Very clean. Rooms small but enough. Bathroom has all the amenities. Only think I have against it is the elevators take forever !! Also the entrance is hard to find. Reception lobby is on the second floor. But would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was OK. Staff are learning. Should get better. Give it a...

This hotel is nicely located in center of Kobe within walking distance to Ikuta Road. Here you will find covered cobble stone pedestrian streets in every direction and hundreds of shops and restaurants. The staff were vey friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room, like most hotels in Japan, was small. The shower was...

I stayed here in December 2013, for a business visit to Kobe area. The hotel room is OK-ish, but the bath room is very small. Being 6 foot 5" tall, I could not stand straight in the shower. No room to put my suitcase, but therefore I had a double bed, where I could put the suitcase. The breakfast buffet...

I spent three restful nights at Trusty. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. An underlying theme of this hotel is 'green' or 'conservation' with a new twist. Upon check-in, you are asked about how detailed you want your room cleaned, offered membership with some perks and discounts and so forth. The buffet breakfast is substantial for a...

We stayed in Kobe for 1 night and based on the rates and feedback from hotel booking websites we decided to give it a shot. We took the ferry from Kansai airport to Kobe airport (with online discount coupons only ¥900 per person) then take monorail to sannomiya (三宮) station. We then used the hotel map print-out we got from...

I was here on a business trip for 7 days. A couple of nights might have been ok, but. This hotel has almost nothing, not even their comment card translated into English. The staff barely speaks the language. It was very clean upon arrival, but daily it was a toss up. There is a Western style restaurant (limited menu, mostly...
