Here for Copper 2016 an international conference 600 people from around the world. This is not the main hotel but 3 minute walk. Handy clean tidy, basic services convenience stores very local. Short ride into town if you want saki and a meal outside a hotel. Good value for money. Conference banquet in hotel over road. Local coffe shop in... More

The room was clean and well presented. There is a 7-11 within 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is handy if you want a coffee because Japanese hotels do not provide sachets of coffee in the rooms. English is not a preferred language and it is hard to converse with staff but we found that at all the hotels... More

Wow!! Amazing!!! It was like one of the best hotels I've ever been! I went travelling with my schoolmates and our teachers rented the hotel there, I know we were very excited about this trip, so we were chatting loudly. The hotel bathroom was the best. It is a Japanese bathroom, with one bathtub and one for showering. It was... More

Stayed here one night as a transit hotel with my dad and brother. We were very disappointed in the quality/condition of the hotel and of our rooms. The upholstery on the sofa in our room was worn and dirty, walls scuffed up, furniture worn. The beds were lumpy--not hard or soft, but lumpy! And the pillows were rock hard--woke up... More

This place was boring. No bar, restaurant etc. just went there to sleep and leave. There is access to the monorail train in to Kobe center, that makes the location manageable. The staff were very helpful, some spoke english, and breakfast was reasonable. You have to leave your key at the reception on leaving the hotel, and the watch like... More

I just stayed at this hotel with my parents over 80 years old. We were extremely happy with the hotel and their staff. Especially Ms Kagita helped me make my stay very pleasurable addressing my questions and concerns. You would have no problem in English with the staff as they try to be very helpful. Room was very spacious and... More

Best hotel in whole area. Big rooms nice bathrooms. Services are good. Language is a problem. Just one person properly knew English in their staff and he was available in day time only. I used a translator app to communicate. The place has good access as the fast train station is at just 10 minutes walk.

Its in sort of a residential area and there isn't much around it. 10 min by Portliner (monorail) to Kobe airport (UKB) and about the same to the heart of downtown. Staff are fine and there is a conbini (Lawson's) across the street.

We stayed here for 3 nights as my brother was getting married near the Kobe airport. Reasonable price but it was more expensive than usual as it was a public holiday on one of the days. Portliner is 5 minutes walk away and it only takes 9 minutes to Sannomiya for 240 yen. Night time is like a ghosttown around... More
