the Female staffs were very helpful.
The Room was clean, neat and very relaxing. The Shower was very comfortable to use. Too bad we should have booked Smile hotel in Tokyo. But when in Japan we already know our Hotel of Choice

What I liked:
-The location: close to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, station and public transportation to various tourist attractions.
The staff make the place amazing. If you are a foreigner and skeptical about not knowing Japanese, this this is the place for you. Very relaxing and warm decor...something of which only Japanese and few other cultures understand

Hope this helps. Have a great trip!
