    A very nice experience. We liked the traditional Japanese ryokan style with tatami mats, the location (walking distance from some of the major temples and the geisha district) and the very helpful host.

    We stayed here for three nights and used it as our base for exploring kyoto. We had a large room with Tatami mats, and a screen with seats and an en-suite behind it. The en-suite was chilly in March, but that's the only negative thing...More
