Arietta was near the subway. Lobby was airy and pleasant. Room was spotless and the toilet was huge -- quite a rarity anywhere in Japan especially at this price point. Breakfast was sufficient to get you going for the whole morning. And most especially, the staff were most welcoming and willing to assist with our needs. Book and you won't...

Stayed in Arietta for three nights in March and had a wonderful time! Everything about this hotel is great: the lobby, the staff, the rooms, toilets, elevator (there is only one though). The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. We booked a slightly bigger room since we had kids, and the hotel gave us one that cost Y15,000. Not...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arietta. Previously I expected that you pay for what you get. The Arietta was a bargain and it was at such a great location. Positives: + The room was excellent, a good size, the television was nice, and the air conditioning was great. The room service was excellent and the amenities provided were...

We spent a couple of days in Osaka on our way home from a skiing trip. This hotel was well located right near Hommachi train station which accesses 3 lines, but in between the main dining/shopping spots of Namba and Umeda. There was not much to see/do around the hotel, but we found it provided easy access to anywhere we...

First of all I stayed here just for one night to visit Osaka University for a business purpose. Be aware, there are "floors for smokers"; even though I am a smoker, I felt disgusting smell of smoke once I got out of the lift to the floor. My understanding is that the key factor of this hotel is a product...

The Osaka Arietta Hotel was our best hotel stay in Japan. The room pictures and the reviews on here, convinced us to book this hotel. We had a little bit of a hard time to find this hotel, the exit from the subway was confusing to us - not the hotel's fault, just to let you know to print out...

We`ve decided to stay in Osaka and use it as a baseto explore the area (Kyoto, Himeji, etc...) It was a good decision as it is a few minutes walk from Hommachi subway. In a nice little and quiet street, the hotel has some charm. The location for Osaka is not too bad, but not the best as it becomes...

We traveled in a group of 4 ( Myself, wife, 10 yo & 8 yo ) & stayed there for 3 nights. We found that previous reviews were accurate. Location is easily accessible, from either north or south of town. When we arrived, we took taxi from JR Namba (OCAT) station, which was only 1400 yen. Took day trips to...

The Arietta is a little secret gem. The room was big in Japanese standards, the bathroom was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It isn't a five star luxury hotel but simple and comfortable. We stayed in a Twin Superior room and it had space for our luggage which was two suitcases...
