This was our first visit to Osaka, so naturally we were unsure about the outcome of our hotel choice (since we did not book through a travel agency). We are the type of travelers who are very particular about ensuring our hotel is clean, comfortable and equipped with the basics one would come to expect from a 4-star hotel. I...

The hotel is situated at the heart of dotonburi area and within 500-700m from various train stations. The hotel looks new, so either they have recently refurbished it or very well maintained. The room size is reasonable at 20sqm for a standard double. Great for a couple.

This was the previous vista grande Osaka. It's located just a block from the famous dotonbori close to the many restaurants and shops. It's very convenient but very rowdy anytime of the day. Unlike the holiday inns in the US, there is no laundromat in the hotel . I enquired about self help laundry prior to the trip and was...

I recently stayed here for 2 nights in Osaka; the management recently switched over to Holiday Inn and there were no issues with them honoring my prior reservation. The location is great; on a quieter street just across the canal and steps from the busy, bright, fun Dotonbori district loaded with the best food ever and lots of shopping. It...

The hotel is located near Dotombori, shopping areas and the metro station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel considering it is our first time in Osaka. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 days in November. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff spoke wonderful English. Rooms were a decent size compared to other hotels in Osaka. Great location just a walk away from everything. We travel to Osaka regularly and we would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Osaka for 2 nights in a twin bed room. The room was very spacious and the pushed together twins were definitely the equivalent of a king size bed. As tall travelers, we were very comfortable with this room and bed size. The hotel is very close to the interesting Dotonbori area of Osaka. We...
