Great value, high quality hotel; room was very smart and clean, and very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and let us keep our bags there before check-in and after we had checked-out. Breakfast was a buffet, with a wide selection of bread, plus sausages, salad, and good coffee. Location is convenient, being very close to Shinsaibashi underground...

It is just located at the heart of the district. Very convenient for shopping. However, the room is really too small. We just did not have much space to place our luggage and relax. With its low price, it is still worth it.

Very quiet and cannot hear the street below. Rooms were small but the bathroom was very clean. Shower and furo was adequate for my 5'9" 200+ size. No closet, about six hangers on the wall outside the bath, drawers are under the bed, there is a small desk area. The bed is stiff and firm, was good on my back....

Stayed there for 5 nights - fantastic staff attitude regardless of that fact that they are not fluent in English. 30 second walk to tube Shinsaibashi station, short work to central Shinsaibashisuji (shopping precinct) and only a 10 min walk from Namba station which connects to Nankai line to Kansai airport (KIX). A point to add here is that this...

Like this hotel so much. Well located with only 5 minutes walking distance from metro exit. Room is small but it included all necessary facilites. Breakfast is fair with variety choices. Of course i will stay here again.

The hotel is behind Nikko Osaka but for first timer, you need to check the exact location as reception is on level 3. Downstairs seems like an office of a company. Rooms are clean though rather small. Location is very convenient which is close to Shinsaibashi subway and can walk across to Dontonbori. Simple breakfast is provided daily which includes...

乾淨、地點好、服務好又有早餐,可惜就是wifi只在大廰才可以用 Clean Room, good location and offers free breakfast. It's really a good experience for me. But wifi is not available in the room, you have to go to lobby.

Our friend recommended this little business hotel in Osaka. The price is very reasonable and the rooms we stayed in were perfectly fine. Unlike some of the previous reviews, the room I had was modern, clean, and in a good condition. There were 7 of us and our friend said it was cheaper to book 7 single rooms rather than...

I stayed in Via Inn with my mom last summer for 2 nights. Via Inn Shinsaibashi is close to Nikko Hotel Shinsaibashi, which I also stayed for 1 night. The differences are Nikko Hotel is more expensive, much bigger room, connected to Shinsaibashi station. However, Via Inn is newer, a lot cheaper, also just 3-min walk to Shinsaibashi station, and...

Good location in the heart of Shinsaibashi. You can't beat the Location. Room are typical Japanese Business hotel = small but sufficient if you are out most of the day and just going back to sleep. You will be walking over your shopping bags and luggage. I was staying in the cheapest room. Showing some sign of wear already and...

“For non-smokers who are sensitive to cigarette smell, best to choose a non-smoking room. With the bed, a small writing/dressing table and chair, the room does not have much space and only allow one person to walk through, big baggage will have a storage problem.”
