Location is perfect. Rooms are modern and just right size for Japan. Access to high end shops, hipster places and clubs and even the touristy spots. Subway underneath. Service top notch especially Ms. Oh. Was expecting the warm rooms in winter that you can't control after reading reviews about this predicament. Boom, universe answered and gave me a warm room....

A very convenient hotel that is above exit 7/8 of Shinsaibashi Station. 2 convenience stores just right behind the hotel, and countless little shops to satisfy your shopping desire. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Kuromon Market. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, with good conversational skill in English. Although lobby is on the 2nd floor, there is...

We stayed for three nights at the end of our three week trip. Conveniently located near the Shinsaibashi underground station, which was only one stop away from Umeda (right near the main Osaka station). Staff were very welcoming upon arrival and helped us take our luggage up to the room (this was a standout). We found the room to be...

Perfect location and service. The room is very clean and it is quite big for a japanese hotel. Staffs were very helpful. Suprisingly Nikko Osaka is very fancy for a 3 stars hotel which amazed me. Would definitely come back.

Surely Hotel Nikko has a great location for shopping. We can go to nearby Shinsaibasil within 5 minutes or even Kanidouraku (crab specialty restaurant) in 10 minutes. After shopping for a couple of hours, you could have a break back to hotel and go out later in the evening. The best part is that it has airport bus service (limousine)....

The location of this hotel is top-notch. You can access the metro right below the hotel. The rooms are average for Japan hotels, but things are arranged very well that they were actually able to maximize the limited space. I specifically like the La Mer toiletries they provide. Reason I didn't put 5-stars is that for some reason the A/C...

Big hotels offers big services. The breakfast option entitles guests to access to 3 of its restaurants depending on preference (Japanese, Western, and another which I regrettably was not able to try). Japanese hospitality at its finest. One of the staff, Ms. Oh, assisted in facilitating to recover an ipad which I left in the bullet train. PROS: Fluent English...

This is a great hotel location wise. The rooms might need a little upgrade but it is clean and pretty good size for Japan. The staff are great. The problem is when you book during Winter time. They have centralized air-conditioner/heater. So you only get heater. And the windows cannot be opened for security reason - not one tiny bit....
