I stayed here on business for 3 nights in March, overall I had a pleasant stay! The property is located around 30 mins from Osaka JR Station which a complimentary shuttle service is provided to, there is also a free shuttle to Cosmosquare Station which was handy as we could go straight to Osaka Castle on the same line and...

My partner and I were diverted to Osaka after a horror plane trip last month. We landed at 9.30pm on a Saturday night and were resigned to the fact that hotels would be booked out. Fortunately, the Hyatt Regency in Osaka were able to accommodate us - and what a relief. Located within easy access (by car or train) from...

Stayed here twice within 2 weeks recently and was impressed with the extremely friendly service throughout the hotel. Everybody from the shuttle bus driver to the Lounge staff were courteous and provided unmatched service that even 5-star hotels could not provide. The rooms are a bit outdated with old furniture and uneven beds but were in quite clean conditions. As...

So this one of the nicest ones I have stayed in. The staff was considerate and extremely friendly. They knew English very well and I had no issues w/ the internet. It's a little far from town but between the free shuttles or nearby train station you have easy access to the city.

After being diverted to Osaka due to bad weather in Tokyo, the staff at the Hyatt Regency went to great efforts to accommodate us on short notice, during a very busy time. What could very easily have been a disastrous start to our holiday, was completely turned around due to the excellent service from the Hyatt's staff and management. The...

In room wifi was dreadful. Generally painfully slow and kept collapsing. The two staff who came to my room spoke almost no english and provided zero help. Reading other reviews of this hotel, the wifi issue is a reoccurring one that the hotel seemingly will not address. Otherwise two single beds, no coffee in the room, a faded drab interior,...

We booked this hotel last minute. It was New Year's eve and the choice very limited. It was in fact overpriced for the room we got. The common areas are outstanding but our room needed some renovation. The furniture was run-down and lacked charm. Not what you expect from a Hyatt. Nevertheless, the service was impeccable. They really go the...

I used a suite upgrade coupon. The hotel staff assigned me to the tatami suite. It is a traditional Japanese style room like you would have in a ryokan. There are two 10 mat rooms, plus a small kitchenette, and genkan/foyer. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom. The washroom has a shower as well as a...

Good facilities, nice selection of restaurants in the hotel. Mall across the street is a bit low-end (think Caldors or Xenos or Aldi or Kohl's, but even cheaper and drabber). Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but very easy to get into center of city in 15-20 minutes by metro. Rooms are spacious and in decent condition, although the...

I have spent 4 nights in this hotel in connection with a series of meetings held in the conference center. Although the value for money was very good with the conference discount code, I would not recommend organizing a conference there as the WiFi was continuously collapsing. Basically no one could connect from the meeting rooms and the hotel has...
