To be honest, there are not many vegan options in Japan. Tokyo offers some as the foreign population here is a lot bigger than any other locations in Japan. For Osaka, the majority of the foreign visitors are from Asia and vegan options are hard to get in Osaka unless you request very specifically when ordering food. You can search in happycow site which lists vegan restaurants around Japan.
