Hana hostel was recommended by my friend when she was visited Japan last year. The place is so great to stay, the staffs very humble, nice room, clean, and private. I choose japan style private room. Me and my husband definitely will come back in Hana Hostel when we have a chance going to Japan again. The locations near by...

The hostel is located in the heart of America Mura. This is the young and hipster face of the city. The personnel is very frendly and welcoming and we did not have any issue with communication and the payment by card. Although the room was essential, it was clean and practical. It is possible to leave the baggage after check-in....

While in Japan I made it a deliberate plan to stay in hostels for a number of reasons. As I had originally planned to travel solo these hostels are one of the few places in Japan where you don't have to pay "per couple". In addition to this I thought it would be a good way to meet other travelers...

This was my second stay at a Hana Hostel after a night at Hiroshima Hana Hostel in 2013. The Osaka Hana Hostel shares many of the positive features that made staying at the Hiroshima Hostel such a special and personal experience: very friendly staff, clean Japanese style private rooms, cosy community rooms and budget prices for high value accommodation. The...

Great value! Very good location - 3 mins walk to/from Shinsaibashi subway, less than 10mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping area and Dontonbori. Stayed in ensuite room for 2 nights. Small but clean and comfortable. Above all, they have very friendly staff! Will stay here again when I visit Osaka again.

I walked into the place all wet from a "fairly pouring" rain outside (had an umbrella but just didn't want to use it), and the girl at the front desk handed me a towel, that right there was a caring staff with great customer service (thank you so very much :) ). The location is just excellent with plenty of...

Facilities - great .. location - great .. staff - great trying to get a decent nights sleep? Forget it ... The bathroom is directly next to the dorms ... all you hear throughout the night is the sink being sprayed with water, people talking loudly, and the "soothing" sounds of people brushing their teeth throughout the night ... It's...

Really lovely staff, everything was very clean and tidy. Good recommendations for food, transport and activities. Close proximity to shopping, food, cafes. we had a private room with ensuite which again was very clean and tidy, just enough room. The bar downstairs was great, nice place to relax with a sake or 2 with some nibbles. Overall was a great...

We stayed here for 5 days. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us ship our stuff to Tokyo, among other things. The location is PERFECT. 2 minute walk from the subway and very close to the main shopping area. It's also fairly close to Shin-Osaka station. We also met some very...
