Staying at this hotel was without a doubt one of the best lodging experiences I've had thus far: stylish, comfy, and your home away from home. USJ, USJ CityWalk, and the Universal City subway station are only 3 minutes away by walking. If your room is facing the theme park, at night you can see the glittering roller coaster (the...

We stayed there two nights for a leisure trip. The staff was always smiling and happy to help you, and could speak good English as well as Chinese. The lobby lounge was cozy and comfortably furnished for the relaxation. If arriving before the check-in time (3:00 P.M.), you could leave your luggage with their front desk staff and they would carry...

Right next door to Universal Studios, the Hotel is about a 10 minute train ride to central Osaka. Trains a very regular, so you can just about always get one. We were very surprised to see how big the rooms actually were - my son and I are both 6 foot plus and we had lots of room in our...

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of our 15 day honeymoon in Japan. It was the right decision as staying in this wonderful hotel is perfect to finish off our honeymoon. The room was spacious and very clean. We absolutely loved the view overlooking Universal Studio. The location of this hotel, though not in the center of the...

This hotel was really easy to find simply because it's based in Universal City which has a loop train stopping right across the road. It's a family friendly hotel and with views overlooking the Osaka bridge, Universal Studios and Osaka Port, there is not a lot you can miss out on. We travelled as a couple without children, but equally...

Location is great. Close to the train station, but away from the crowded and noisy walkway towards USJ. Decors both inside and outside the hotel of some studio items and studio personnels give the impression we had reached a part of USJ, and not just a hotel located outside. Check-in was smooth as staff can speak reasonably good english. The...

We stayed three nights at Hotel Universal Port and it was surely the best in terms of amenities and space for our three weeks trip to Japan. The room was very spacious for our family of four and as we booked through Expedia when there was a special offer, we paid around $250 Aus per night with buffet breakfast included....
