Great and easy location, comfortable rooms, stable wifi, good prices... There really is nothing negative I could say about this hotel. It is located within the JR train station but we couldn't hear the trains. Only downside might be a view on the traintracks from your window.

We stayed 2 night in the Double Room with Small Double Bed. The room was amazingly clean. And for the location of this hotel, it is right next to the Nagasaki station You may think it would be noisy in the rooms there, but we find that our room (722) on the seventh floor was amazingly silent - we heard...

This hotel is very convenient. Located next to the train station. Staff are friendly and well informed. Breakfast is at Royal Host and is substansial. Choice of eggs and chipolata sausages. The only downside is the is no elevator access from 1st floor to reception on 2nd floor. There is an escalator . However if you were wheelchair restricted or...

We stayed 2 night in the double room in early February. It's conveniently located next to the JR Station and in conjunction with the shopping mall. You can access the shopping mall restaurant complex from the hotel too! So you won't have to go outside in the cold if that's what you prefer! Really great service, Professional and efficient. The...

Inside the same structure as the train - exit station, walk one minute, go up escalator, in hotel. Trams and many buses stop outside the train station. Breakfast is in a Royal Host restaurant immediately across from the hotel; choices are limited, food is very good but it isn't a buffet. Twin room was great - spacious, well-lit. Bathroom was...

We booked 2 twin rooms for 2 nights on 18-19 November. Rooms were clean. Pros: 1) Great location - Just above Nagasaki Station, shops and amenities. 2) Comfortable beds and pillows 3) Good sized room (for a hotel in Japan) Cons: 1) WIFI was not working well for our room. Our devices had intermittent connection and though we informed the...

We stayed 2 nights, the twin room is of a good size. Room is clean and quiet. Location is superbly convenient...right above Nagasaki station. Hotel lobby is at 2nd floor. To access...after exit from train station gantry, walk straight couple meters and take escalator outside the mall leading to 2nd floor. Overall good experience.

I've been to a few. And this takes the cake. Pros: - Larger than all others I have been to, this one isn't just a bed and a walking path, it's just a fair bit of room. - Located right above the JR station and near the major tram and bus lines, check out at 11am, on the train in...

We recently spent two nights at this hotel, arriving/departing by JR. The hotel is at the end of the platform. A very comfortable hotel, reasonably spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff and close to trams, buses, taxis and the local sights. A great region to visit and a great place to stay. LP

We stayed here two nights. Keep in mind that most of the hotels in Nagasaki look to be pretty crap, so set your sights lower when you come here! I would stay here over other properties due simply to the location. You walk out of the station and go up the escalator on the right and voila you have arrived!...
