Worth the price. even got a free upgrade. Very strategic location. Right behind the hotel, is the famous jalan alor street food. Within walking distance are Bukit Bintang street, Lot 10, Pavillion,KLCC, Monorail and LRT. The frontdesk was very helpful. They have basement parking. The only downfall for me was the AC. didnt report it though as it happen during the night. Overall, it was a good experience
You should know how to treat people, in order to gain their respect, you should treat them with respect, dignity and be humble and make them understand your situation, make friends to them and not to be bossy and in return, the staff will treat you very well, as they are human too. Thank You to all the Frontline staff and they are very accomodating, and respectful, always there and very dedicated to assists, Surya, Azri, Rahmad, Amani, Ikhwan, Amiri, Joel, Azmi, helper Shahin, Security Noh, Housekeeping and Technician and not to forget the travel agent fariz F359, always be there to assists. I stayed not because of the hotel, but due to the best inter personal and respect service that they have delivered/rendered and offered to me during my stay. It is all about the human relations. …
Pros: Very near to Jalan Alor (night) market, few meters only Good for an overnight stay only Staff are very accommodative Cons: It is a run down hotel, have not been maintain it well Food selection was very limited
Stayed there for 2 night at April 2019 with my family. Location is perfect with many food stalls / restaurant around the area (It's easier to find a food there). Our room was ok (as a mid-range budget hotel), don't expect much with it. Hotel staffs are quite helpful with my family.
This was my third and surely was last, staying with Alpha Genesis. Loved this hotel as it is located in the hustling & bustling of Bukit Bintang area. Staffs were never friendly. This time was no exception. Rooms were still just okay but bathrooms were useless. We found bathrooms to be so unhygienic, we couldnt use properly. Breakfast was average, worth not taking as so many restaurants are nearby. I guess it's peak time, rethink & overhaul. Or else KL has so many value for money hotel options!!
Just don’t bother, good spot but rooms haven’t been touched for 25 years and are tiny. If your over 5”3 your feet will be out the bed! We moved down the road after one night! Staying in k.l pay £50/60 a night and get a luxury suit. This place is rubbish
Although it's starting to show its age, it's clean enough. Check in was quick, but they ask for a RM100 cash deposit. The room's notable amenities are a mini fridge and mini safe. Breakfast is rather forgettable but will be filling enough. The street the hotel is on is well lighted at night and even at 3 a.m. there are quite a number of people walking around, so night time safety looks to be good.
Great hotel Location is very close to the market Hotel price is very good Enjoy a lot in kuala lumpur with family Food was horrible The same food was repeated everyday No varieties in the food The services offered were good
Great location. Few minutes to the Jalan Alor night food market and Chankat street bars and restaurants. 5 mins to Binkat monorail and trains, shopping centres. Friendly staff. Strong hot water pressure. Wifi good. Small safe and fridge, a few tv channels. Beds and pillows are hard. Will stay again.
This hotel is located in the city proper. It is near to many tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur like the Pavillion Mall, Petronas Tower, KLCC park, etc. Cost is relatively cheaper and it has restaurant at the ground floor.
