Location is good. Malls and other hotels are at a walking distance. Berjaya Times Mall is within the same building. Food street (Jalan Alor) is about 0.4km. The rooms were facing the Twin Tower, good view. The rooms were spacious for 6 of us. Beautiful views. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. It is 2 bedroom service apartment. We booked thru Booking.com assuming to be a hotel standard but was very disappointed. We were not able to get any room service. No complimentary Coffee or Tea. Water heater was not working. WiFi was only inside the room. Unable to book Grab even outside the apartment lobby. By the time we reached the lobby, the taxi will be cancelled because the driver was not able to get thru.

This was our first trip to K.L. We stayed for three nights from the 7th of March 2017 until the 10th of March 2017. The only thing the check in host was concerned about when we arrived was getting the CASH. We were not informed prior that cards were unacceptable, so after a long flight we had to rush to an ATM before being shown to our Suites. We were travelling with another couple so had booked two Suites for the duration of our stay. He didn't bother showing us through the room only how the door and lift keys operated. We had no hot water for that night and the following morning as you are required to turn on a button which isn't located in the bathroom to activate the system. The T.V remote didn't work so we had to buy new batteries from the supermarket downstairs which we didn't get reimbursed for. When showering the bathroom became flooded from a leaking or burst pipe near the bath. The air conditioning vent was putrid and didn't look as though it had ever been cleaned. The house keeping was below average we weren't supplied with extra toilet paper. I attempted to get some from a cleaner who was on our floor but he informed me that he was from the hotel. Thankfully a man who was from another apartment overheard and kindly organised for the company concerned to send their house keepers up with the required items The toilet didn't flush properly either. There were several blown light globes. There is no one in the lobby who is the slightest bit interested in helping you. My husband had, had an accident and was on crutches and they wouldn't or couldn't even assist us with a Taxi out the front we had to walk around the block, which was extremely awkward as he had sparined his ankle. On the upside the view was good and the hotel pool was nice but they were the only positives about the very neglected and ill managed apartments. My advice don't stay there.

Room itself was a fantastic size. we had a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and with 2 bedrooms plus living area it was fantastic.
Biggest downside would be the state of the room. it was very dirty, the towels had holes in it and bedding had cigarette burns in it.
Housekeeping came daily, although that was just to empty bins & replace towels and water, no actual cleaning was done.
Check in process was a litter onerous, but once that was sorted it was esay, check out process was great. Owner was just a quick whats-app message away.
Wifi was super fast.
Location was ideal, upstairs from the mall and a monorail stop across the road

Pool was freezing! The kids playground was out of order, and the only towels were provided were bath towels needed to be used for showering. Adjoining hotel wouldn't let us hire/borrow theirs

The entrance is the opposite side of Berjaya Times Square Hotel. Checked in at night. Lobby looks super grand but the luxurious feeling ended there.

1. Service:
No reception area. Not attended by a proper staff. Stood there for quite some time and have to ask the security guard. They then called over a man dressed in a T shirt and jeans. Brought up to a room on on floors that they make into an office. No room attendance in the evening. Manager felt agitated and annoyed when we ask to change towel. went down to get some stuffs for awhile but my room tv was turned off by itself and a door on the room wall in the room was widely opened. called manager and he was not happy to assist me. he even asked me to find other hotel. Very rude and not helpful at all.

2 : Cleanliness:
Floor was very sticky and dirty. 1st round of walking in the room made my bare foot dirty. table and sink is disgusting. Bathroom have leakage stains. Cupboard is super dusty and full of cobwebs. My towel have blood stains and when i ask to change, the manager in charge, said can only change on the next day. what?!!

Just dont waste ur money here. Honestly.

I visited with my Mum and Dad over New Year. There was confusion from the start. I went to the hotel check-in and was told that because I had booked the Apartment/ Suite I had to walk all the way to the other end of the shopping center where the check-in would take place. When we reached there they were not letting people in and then no one was as the ground floor check-in. I called the number on the booking, a guy who came down after a while and took us upstairs for the check-in. The process took at least 40 minutes amid chaos. Later I found out that my room was exactly on top of the hotel check-in counter where I had earlier gone to. It was an embarrassment for me in front of my parents and I had to relocate them to another hotel at an expensive cost. This is easily the worst rating I have given to any accommodation in the world.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This has to be the worst apartment experience ever. Completely unprofessional. I stood at the entrance and these random security men denied me entry until I showed my booking (which they didn't understand). They then called over a man dressed in a T shirt and jeans who also asked to see my booking?? He then tells me to hold on, and makes a call. He then walks away and lights a cigarette. I waited and asked security again, and they asked another man. He did the same, called someone and this time a man shows up to take me into the building. All of the men had zero ID and were dressed in jeans. I was taken to a room on one of the floors which was infested with smoke (this was a make shift office). He then tells me cash only (and the booking website does not state this about the property). The deposit was double the amount quoted on the website. I was then given a key and taken to Block B. When I booked this, I booked block A for my own reasons. They told me ill have wifi in the room which disconnected shortly after connecting. I asked about checkout, he told me to call them. But once I settled in the room, there was no information or phone! I had no idea how to contact them. I had to exit the building and get one of the jeans dressed men to inform whoever was in care of my apartment. They told me they are on the 25th floor room 15. I attempted to go back up but my card won't allow access to that floor! Therefore I had to ask a cleaner to take me there. Once I got back to the smoke filled room, I went off my head at the lack of professionalism. They gave me a gadget to allow wifi connection which ran out of battery by the time I came to use it and a business card with contact details. I have stayed in these apartments before, 3-4 years ago. And they were run by the hotel. It appears they have been purchased by people who have zero understanding of hotel/apartment management. The room was stale, with mould, broken panels and a open door to somewhere which was taped down and wedged closed with a piece of card. The bed sheets were stained with blood, there were multiple short hairs across the internal sheets which smelled of aftershave. I attempted to call the manager on his card that he provided but he ignored all the calls and hung up as soon as I answered the one time that he called back. When I tried to check out, nobody answered the calls. I called for 30 minutes non stop on the numbers provided on their business card from my mobile and eventually had to go back to the hall in the other tower. The man who originally took me to the office was standing there and I went crazy in front of everyone at the lack of assistance during my stay. I demanded a refund but they didn't give it. I have attached images of the staff (their office number and floor is on the door of one image) and property. I'll never stay here again and can't recommend others enough to look elsewhere.

It is a very enjoyable, strategic and affordable place for the past 6 days. Travelling to masjid India, sungai Wang, Kenanga Mall, Petronas Towers were either walking distance or a 15 mins drive. All facilities were provided but the housekeeping were relatively slow as they only cleaned our room at about 5pm each day!

Just some tips to share, never ever take a cab located at the lobby. If you want to travel to klcc or anywhere, use the Grab app. It states the budget of travelling and its cheaper than taking those cabs from the lobby. BUT, if you are unable to use the app for any reason such as not being IT savey, then flag a cab but make sure it is RED AND WHITE in color and that you are paying by meter. It can only cost you about 15rm. ITS CHEAPER! Trust me.

For purchasing a sim card upon arrival, dont panic. Bring your luggages along with you to the mall and look for a phone booth called HotLink (3rd floor it is near escalator) where they sell prepaid cards with unlimited internet which surfices you during your stay. Opposite the shop selling clothes. Purchase your prepaid card at 35rm before making a phone call to the management as you will need to inform them that you have arrived at the entrance of the suite.

For eateries, you can always drop by the berjaya times mall and try out places like Absolute Thai ( ITS REALLY ABSOLUTELY GOOD) , Sopoong (korean food) and Vivo. All these are located at the lowest ground floor of the mall.

For shopping, berjaya has reasonable prices of selling their clothes but I recommend you start from the 5th floor onwards before going down as there are so many sellers selling the exact same thing but at different prices. If you love shoes, buying a pair at 35rm is really worth it as it is very durable and lasting. For wallets, they do sell branded types at 35rm but you can bargain. If you go into Sembonia shop for bags, the retailers there are very friendly and they will share with you all the details you need to know about bags and what is worth spending on.

That's all folks!

I had a horrible experience at Berjaya Times Square Suites. The pictures look beautiful, but are exceedingly deceiving. The majority of the pictures are from the hotel, which is not connected to this firm.
I shall try to be brief, but essentially the issues were:
• When we arrived, the check-in was from a pop-up desk. Multiple men with no ID or Uniform (dressed in jeans and t-shirts) were hanging around. It turned out that they actually were waiting for our group to arrive to check us in. It was an unprofessional and intimidating outfit.
• We arrived late and had to meet friends, so didn’t have time to really look at the rooms – though now I realise why they were so insistent on us looking at them in their presence. The rooms had to paid for in cash on arrival. This seemed so dodgy, and forced us to drop our bags and go to the cashpoint at 10pm at night.
• The rooms were disgusting and dirty. Problems include
o Dirty sheets (stained and slightly yellow with flakes on which I still suspect to be bed bug eggs)
o The mattress had sprung - I could feel every wire as I tried to sleep
o Cigarette burns, flecks and dirt on sofa
o Lamp wires falling apart and stuck together with duct tape
o Broken toilet seat and no toilet roll
o Thick black mould spanning at least an inch up and across at every join in the bathroom
o Black lime scale on the rim of the sinks and toilet
o Lime scale coating the shower
o General grubbiness of walls and doors – drink stains and marks
o Think dust next to television
This was not a case of the room needs a bit of updating and hasn’t been cleaned in between stays. This suite has not been cleaned in years.
• The water heater has to be switched on for hot water. I left it on for half an hour and the plug socket and wall around it was hot after – this is not a safe property.
We left after the first day, and received one night out of three refund. They tried to offer us an upgrade, but by this point we had no faith in the service. Five men were on hand to give the the refund back (again, intimidating) and they proceeded to tell us it was our fault for choosing the ‘cheaper’ suite. However, we stayed in the vortex suites a few days before this and they were to an excellent standard for the same price. We rebooked at the Ramada suites – the money from the refund covered one and a half nights there so despite a better location, it was far cheaper and had clean and with excellent facilities. Therefore, there is no excuse for the poor quality and cleanliness of this service.

I am very pleased to say the service was very good and the apartment which I got was in very nice and clean. The room speaks it's self with King size bed, separate kitchen, separate lounge. The view was absolutely a million dollars view from the apartment. Care taker was very very helpful and the management was great communication. I love to go back to KL again. At last I would like to thank the management and the staff once again.

1. There is no proper check-in counter.
2. The room is so badly maintained, I attached the pictures here.
3. With that price, you can get a better hotel around Bukit Bintang.
4. Wifi connection is bad, they gave the username and password but expired at 12midnight. Since there is no proper check-in counter, you need to call the person in charge at his mobile.
5. Service is bad, you need to keep calling the guy to get something.
6. The bathroom door is broken, whenever I bath, the whole toilet is flooded.
