We are a family with a preschooler and toddler in need of a simple place to crash for one night. We took a triple room.

The good:
1. Budget price during peak season!
2. Clean room
3. Comfy bed
4. Convenient location (near shops and eateries. No trains/ MRT nearby though)
5. Complimentary free flow hot & cold water available at reception area.

The bad:
1. This is not a non-smoking hotel. As it is peak season, we got stuck with a smoking room.
2. The floors are split level and therefore, elevator not accessible on all floors. A pain to have to carry luggage up/ down with kids in tow. Thankfully it's just a short flight but that makes it less wheelchair/ stroller friendly.
3. No free parking. It's quite pricey at rm2 per hour. Flat rate from 7pm-7am (rm2). There are cheaper alternatives but the area is very busy, so it will be difficult to get one.

I booked family room to accomodate my 3 kids and spouse. The room is quite basic but satisfactory as it is very spacious and clean. It does not have the usual free beverages sachets but it does have kettle. The toilet is clean and comes with free toiletries. The aircond is cold and comfortable. The hotel location is close to Ampang Point shopping mall and eateries. The parking is not free though, you need to pay. Recommended for a good night sleep.

Hotel Manager & its staffs were professional, friendly & reliable. They could accommodate all my request foo special service like allocation of a corner room, early check-in, left luggage for two days while I was on a short trip to Lankawai, All city connecting bus, metro etc are within 200 yrds of walk. Over my stay was very comfortable.

I came to this hotel to be near the Thai embassy, it was a good location for that. The staff were very friendly and there is a shopping centre and restaurants directly across the road. It was easy to get here from the airport, I just got the train that goes into the city centre and got a taxi from there and it wasn't too expensive. The hotel was great, there is no restaurant so you have to go out for food, but that's okay. The staff seem like a family running the business and they were all lovely. I would stay again!

It's a basic hotel with neat n clean rooms .
Good location KL towers hardly 10 mins.
If you are on budget n you want a descent room to just stay , change & sleep it's ideal hotel.
Heads up is ,some of the rooms DONT have windows at all.

Pleasantly surprised.
Room fittings & amenities good.
Cleanliness as expected from past reviewers.
Parking tops due to RM 2/- flat rate after 6pm.
Applies also for Sundays worth since gated.

Booked last minute then arrived very late.
After a rushed day trip to Genting Highlands.
A chair in room would be nice.
Bath towels seen better days.
TV should have more channels with better reception quality.

If not for the location would opt stay elsewhere.
Lift until 3rd floor convenient.
Abundant restaurants & convenience stores.
Still good value for price paid.

Better than many of the hotels in the area. The hotel staff are just outstanding in making the guest feel at home. Courteous and always available to assist me in my special needs. Room cleaning staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
