Modern looking hotel while it's still quite new. Wood panelling throughout the room gives it a very comfortable feel. New surrounding neighbourhood.
Rooms come with mini fridge, mini safe and iron/ironing board on top of other standard amenities hotels of this calibre offer.
Bathroom layout is excellent, with the shower and toilet having their own subcompartments with their own doors.
Sports fans will be pleased to know there are 3 Astro Supersport channels (ASSP, ASSP2, ASSP5) on the hotel TV.
Breakfast has a good choice and variety, and if you're lucky you'll get a pool view too.

Attended a business stay at VE and was not disappointed by the strategic location of the hotel. Staffs were also friendly and customer centric. Good amenities and average breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and cool, would appreciate a working table to add to the complete room. Have put a request to the management to encourage reusing towels during room service and reduce changing the relatively clean towels everyday, which would help water wastage. All in all a good stay and well connected to the NEXUS Connexion centre with a safe passage linking both the venues.

Underwhelming despite it being a business hotel/executive residence. Some basics like a bath robe wasn't available in my room. Not sure about my colleagues. I didn't ask them. But I just feel that for a place that caters to the executive/business crowd and as spiffy looking as this, small details like these should be paid attention to. Other than this, the place is comfortable.
Location is alright. There are convenience stores nearby and two small malls with mostly eateries and a supermarket. It's in a predominantly office area (there is also a school next door) so you'll have to jostle for space with the office lunch crowd in the neighboring restaurants (we didn't eat at the hotel) and peak hour office traffic. Do time your commute well because of this. Our ride out to the airport was delayed because our driver was caught in the jam made worse by the fact that he missed the turn to where we were waiting, so it took him a long while before he could turn back because of the traffic.
Since it's in a predominantly office area, the immediate vicinity of the hotel can be quite dead at night. However, if you go further down the road, there is a residential apartment estate with some hawker stalls and small eateries, so there is more life there. The hotel is also not a far drive (in gd traffic) from shopping malls like Mid Valley.
My only gripe about our stay was the front desk staff. It was very hard to see any of them with smiles on their faces. They were generally surly and transactional in their demeanour. No warmth at all. For a hotel that caters to a lot of business travellers, it's quite surprising that this basic tenet of customer service is missing here. During out three days stay I could actually count how many times they smiled. The doorman at their main entrance/drop off point did a better job at this.

We booked the two room suites and the price offered is reasonable. The room is big and clean with amenities like washing machine, microwave oven and fridge. Comes with a large living room and both rooms inside comes with ensuite bathroom with additional toilet outside for guests visiting. The area to be improved by the hotel management would be on the breakfast served where some of the items such as eggs station are not refilled and hotel guests are just being told off to take other food when the items is finished.

Price is very reasonable as the hotel us barely 10 minutes away from the city centre. Check in and check out was fast and smooth and the staff at the reception were very obliging. I made a last minute request via phone and they attended me with utmost care and confirmation. Special mention for Mustafa from Front Desk. Keep up the great work. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. It is pretty safe to stay alone as access to lifts are limited to staying guest via the room cards. Lifts come fast - minimal waiting time. My room had a small dining area for 2, mini fridge, iron, ironing board, bath robes, mini electric jug/kettle and the basic complimentary gifts. City view is awesome. Breakfast spread was good ranging from Malaysian, Asian and Western too. Overall, definitely recommended.

The service at this hotel is shockingly poor. They are so keen to charge for everything upfront, without giving regard to guest experience. Almost every request is denied, they seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Most of the times, there is no concierge and in the odd occasion there is, they are busy on their mobile phones. Could not bother to say hi or help with bags. Sales team made many mistakes. Bar is shut until August but hotel could not bother informing guest at check in. Cleaning of rooms were poor. Our suite smelt of food in the morning and the air conditioning was not working properly. The smell was coming from the communal ventilation system. Hotel’s solution- housekeeping came around with air freshener spray. Hotel was meant to arrange transportation and let me down. Room was not cleaned despite request being made twice the same day.

When we travel to KL for business or lesuire there is only one place we stay and that is VE hotel and residence. The fact that we can get a 2 bedrooms with a kitchnette also a washing machine and dryer allows flexible as a family to travel light. Close proximity to Mega mall, Bangsar and the new TRX surrounded by F&B outlet without the traffic jam and free secure underground car park. It is the perfect accomodation for anyone. Fantastic comfortable bed with all the amenities for 5 people.

When i find a gem especially an accommodation i don't like to spread the news and keep it a secret. But they deserve to be mentioned, first location you are practically 10min (minus traffic) from everything and i mean everything KLCC, Mid Valley, DU, PJ etc the parking is free. When you arrive at the hotel its a little bit non descriptive almost an Aladdin cavern but when you enter then it become a wondrous place. Aslo note you have a 7/11 and other stores conveniently located around the property only walking distance away. Now for the room, ever have a family and looking for big and always in the 1K range or have to get two room well look no further. We booked a 2 bedroom with 2.5 Bathroom with full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer for less than half what you normally get. I kid you not with kids and heat we washed and clean in the washing machine / dryer not fighting over showering or going to the toilet. The staff kept the room clean every time we came back from sightseeing. The pool is half covered so no matter if its raining the kids and everyone can still swim with bar as well. The bed was amazing, when the kids hot that pillow it was lights out. I dont want to say anymore, but VE will be our new place to stay when we are in KL.

Deluxe king room is spacious for family with 2 young children. Surrounding is quite during Saturday night.
Children pool is just adjacent to adult pool. Breakfast is value added to the hotel, serving variety of local, western, Chinese and Indian food. Food presentation and taste are great and just love it.
Will definitely come again.

Room is big, but the toliet is too far from the shower room, need to walk over, it is goo to split dry and wet, but not convinience if you finish toliet and might want to just start showing. The quilt is too bad and there are clumps of cotton inside, which affects the comfort. Lighting switches are too far from the bedside, you need to walk to one sdie switch off some, and the otherside is also not reachabe within 1 arm length. Room is providing drinking water just beside the tap water, this is good.
