With a reasonable price, you can enjoy so many things. The pool at level 33 is amazing. The large gym complete with a mini dancing studio is my favourite. I got my private lift to my room. Excellent! Klcc can be seen clearly from my room

it is a bit expensive, the pools are nice, but should be deeper, for some reason not a single jacuzzi works in the place, they all are turned off, the security guards are really rude, if you are staying AIRBNB you need to get your own pass with your photo on it, cause the security guards can take your pass away from you and then you will not be able to even move between floors,

These apartment’s are residential and not holiday apartments.
Difficult to check in, when we eventually got to our accommodation (2 bed premier suite) it was nice with a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers, the main bathroom was en suite but the second bedroom was to say the least tiny with a single bed and small bedside unit with a high window and the second bathroom was a toilet of the kitchen apparently to them this is a bathroom. They did move us the next day to a larger apartment which had 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is nowhere to go when you leave the building no shops or restaurants so you have to try and flag a taxi down to get anywhere for this reason I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Setia Sky Residences from Dec 28 to Dec 30 with my family. Condo-type of building. The 2-bedroom we got occupies the entire floor wc makes it exclusive for us. The interior, furniture, view was awesome. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers from the balcony. Complete appliances from microwave, fridge, trash bin, utensils, etc. Toilet and bath functioning well. AC is good. Convenient for Grab cars if you don't have any means of transportation. They've got the 5F where the pool, playground, chill area and mini-mart are located. Very nice owner.

Very small units, poorly designed and not well furnished. Second Bedroom does not even have a closet.
Except for a good view, condo is not worth the money. Nothing within walking distance.
Guards are rude and indifferent.

This place is a trap!

Firstly, although it proudly mentioned everywhere in the booking websites the location is close to KLCC Twin Towers, I would like to stress out this information is misleading. This is just a selling point to compete with the others. It is actually located in Kg. Baru. A very congested squatters area that is always damned with horrible traffic. You cannot walk to KLCC, always need a cab from this place as it also far from the train station. Money wise, lose.

Secondly, there were a lot hidden rules not mentioning by the management. Later during the stay they will come up with all this silly regulations and asked you to comply or else to leave the property. They were very rude. I showed my booking voucher and fought for my rights. They ignored. They even brought gangsters tried to chase me out when I refused. My sister and cousin basically still paranoid until now after that stay.

Thirdly, the price is overrated. I am a Malaysian. Although I live abroad, I was born in Kuala Lumpur. I went back from time to time. Trust me, you can get a better place closer to main attractions and train stations with that price. I can recommend some. Forget I had issue with the management, I am sincere. Not worth.

Fourthly, it is not a hotel, just an apartment. Like AirBNB concept. I hate the slow check in process where I have to wait until the owner/in-charged man came to scene to let us in. Misleading when they portrayed themselves as a hotel.

Fifthly, the facilities in the apartment were ridiculous. Most of the hotels in this area are exclusives. They know they have to compete. At least you will see a conditioner in the toilet. The toiletries were very basic. And that cheap air conditioned in the hall would only able to cover the living room. When you are in the kitchen, you are basically in the sauna. No comfort at all. You understand how Malaysia weather is. Hot and humid.

I am local. Trust my words. You can get a better place with same or lower rates.

The worst I have seen!!! Bad attitude, totally unprofessionnal from the staff and the Management

Staff is not allowed to show where is the Management office to complain. They are receiving you in the corridor

Aircon not working - cannot fix it. Safety box not working - No key to close the door!!!

Avoid this place

We had to call to booking.com before anyone came to let us in our residence. So we had to wait almost two ours after we had travelled 20 h. When we finally came inside the man demanded we to pay 300 RM deposit and he promised to give it back when we check out. Because we'd just arrived we hadn't got local money and we gave him extra by euros which he promised to return when we will leave. We told him the leaving time and he promised to come to residence then. The nigh before our leaving we called him but he didn't answered. One hour before leaving we reached him but he told that he had a day off and he asked us to call manager who never answered. So we never got our deposit back and we lost about 20 €.
The residence was spacious and well equipped and the view was amazing. But because of poor management we can't recommend Setia Sky anyone.

Booked with free cancellation. Cancelled but they still charged my credit card after the date of cancelling and now management despite admitting error will not process a refund. Go somewhere else to stay. Don't risk it here.
