This hotel has great location. Rooms/suites are spacious and well equipped. Only 2 things were not as good as should be. First, daily room cleaning not done daily. Also, the tile floor in the bathroom had been coated with something that came off on you feet and also clogged the drain in the shower. It really was kind of gross. Basically, a decent but not great hotel.

Your room cleanliness should be upgrade, particularly on room equipment such towels and bathrobe. I got dirty bathrobe, there was some dirty stained at the lower back, something dark red like menstrual blood. Gross!

Had a staycation at the Oakwood Hotel and Residence last weekend and enjoyed it throughly. Got a one bedroom suite, good size, spacious living space with a sofa set and a large LED TV, a small kitchenette (would been a 5☆ if they had stovetop) with filtered water for the environment and a small dining table for 2. The bedroom also has a large LED TV with ample channels, large comfortable bed, a work desk and a good size bathroom with tub. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fitness center and also an all day dining (unfortunately closed due to the pandemic) and a pool bar serving beer buffet on Fridays and Saturdays at RM65 per pax. Breakfast is served to the room .. Sahur is at 4am or 430am while the normal breakfast at 7am 8am or 9am. Food is not too bad, but does not come with a drink. Parking is ample but payable even for hotel guest at a limit of RM7 per 24 hour. Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Shout out to KL Tay at front desk who did a wonderful job for both my check in and out.…
