This hotel locates at the city centre of Bukit Bintang, it is very conventient place for shopping, food, and entertainment. Pavilion mall is just across from the road. Good location, close to many shopping outlets and eateries. The room is in good condition, clean and neat. Except the toilet & bathroom lights are not working but not a big deal. Very secure hotel, your room card is needed to use the lift and it will only take you to your room floor, it will not stop at other floor, other than your room floor. Would recommend this hotel.

We always stayed at Ansa when we visited KL. Hotel staff is friendly and approachable and prompt to attend to our requests. Hotel is very clean. It is also in the heart of the shopping and eating places and within walking distance to the MRT station.

We are very satisfied with the service and attitude of front desk staff especially Mr. akhtaruddin. He is very helpful and polite. The room is okay, but cleanliness need to be improved. We found a blood stain bath towel at first day, but the staff is responsive and change it right away

Worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Strategic location but inconvenient entrance, especially for family with many luggage. Terrible service, check in staff is not friendly. Basically the staffs are not helpful at all.

Great location, near to MRT, LRT, and bus station. Easy access to attractions like shopping malls, supermarkets, transportation, etc. E.g. Jalan Alor, Pavilion, Lot 10 Room is well kept and comfortable, good number of pillows.

The service is very dissapointing. I rented 3 rooms for one night on april 25. The next day i checked out and then april 27 i want to check in again until april 29. On 26th i want to leave my suitcase cause on the 27th i want to stay again but not allowed. Wherever i stay, i have never received such service. In other words, i will not stay at the hotel again. Eventhought i am an old customer, the hotel name is still picollo. I will not return to stay. 4 star hitel but there is no storage of goods and it is dirty and smelly

I really want to like this hotel as most of my friends really recommend it, but unfortunately we can’t. We got room number 1119 and not a fan of the entirely layout especially the toilet and wash area. It was just divided with a wall glass and well the room can get mildewy. The floor was sticky meaning it was not properly mopped, the glass was stained with hand prints and the toilet bowl was very dirty and mouldy. The aircond was hot even though we turned it full blast. But surprisingly we really get a decent sleep throughout our stay though, probably due to tiredness and the sound proofing was really good with this hotel. This one we cannot deny. Location was very good and the hotel lobby was decent with a good humidifier and diffuser (kudos for this). The hotel smells nice except when we enter our own room. We might have a try again next time due to the location but making sure not to take the superior room.…
