This hotel is in the in middle of the petaling market. The hotel is modern, clean and so attentive. Kettle, cups water, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower gel, shampoos also provide
I would decently come back. They provide umbrellas in the case of rain and a beautiful spa is to the left of the reception area. Offering many treatments. Also two coffee bars.

First of all, please don't get disheartened to see the alley way few steps onto the hotel. This is the easiest way for taxi drop off where there's a couple of shops selling fresh homemade buns .The sellers are quite helpful and would tell you where the hotel is located. The hotel is in the middle of shops and restaurant . The atmosphere is bustling and vibrant and plenty of places to drink and dine. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and very well decorated. Small personal kit are provided and toiletries too . Everything that is expected in a hotel is here. The staff are nice and welcoming . The check in process is quick and easy. There's a restaurant at the rooftop overlooking the city and the close by Merdeka 118 . Theres also a bar and restaurant at the ground level. Over all, it's a very pleasant stay here and would definitely book here again for our next Malaysia trip. I'll give this one 9/10

This brand new hotel is ideally located to explore historic Kuala Lumpur. If Petaling St. is very busy, the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are small but have everything needed, and a great quality bedding. Above all, the staff & management are unbelievably kind with such an attention to details!
The breakfast was really good.
The onsite spa was also a gem.
Don’t hesitate!!

Over rated. Central location is nice for tourist sights but the price is not worth the hotel itself. Bar located on rooftop is nice but breakfast is lacking as it is provided by the restaurant next door. Very few breakfast options and did not cater to anything without meat. We ended up ordering an extra meal from an outside source. Would not suggest this place for the price it is.

Very good hotel, located right inside Petaling street, got inhouse spa and a FREAKING PRETTY rooftop fine dining restaurant!!! Unblock view to the tallest building in Malaysia. Walking distance to so many eateries and shopping places, soon walking distance to Merdeka 118 building.

the best location and best view of the tallest building in Malaysia. Once you open the door, Petaling street is right in front of the hotel and the neighbouring street is so vibrant that you can have so many nice foods until the middle of the night.

You can't get in after midnight. The options are: CALL US.. ok this might shock a hotel in the tourist industry. Tourists do not have local sims. We can't call. Idiots! We also have no data!! How do we even email you!!! Are you stupid to have this! The solution is get a DOORBELL THAT WORKS! YOUR front desk said he was watching security cam.. he was not. We had to beg someone on the street to call reception. I've added a wifi pin if anyone gets locked out. WhatsApp call or email them at least if you can... or Skype call with credit maybe? Goodluck.

The next day. We come home at 1am holding a room card and it didn't work! The only way we got attention was by swiping the card so much it upset the alarm and finally the staff came down. Apparently we didn't have "active" cards... amazing!!

Also no one came to do our beds or housekeeping.. so i went to ask front desk in the afternoon what was up and they said....ohhhhh yes....um. sorry. So i said it's OK can you do it now? And they said no. We can't. Hehe.

Useless! Don't go.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay, and we truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We understand your frustration with the after-midnight access and the challenges of contacting us. We will definitely review our processes to make sure we can better accommodate guests, especially those without local SIM cards or internet access. Implementing a more reliable system, such as a working doorbell or alternative methods of contact, is something we will address immediately. As for your room card issue, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We will ensure our staff is more attentive in resolving card activation issues to avoid this happening again. We also regret the lack of housekeeping service. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we will reinforce our protocols to make sure our team responds more promptly to guest requests. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we would like to make it right. If you have any further concerns or feedback, please feel free to contact us directly. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
