Newly opened hotel. Ideal for families to relax during shopping in the festive seasons. Close to the Merdeka Square and Masjid Jamek. Surrounded by clothing and restaurant shops. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel building. LRT exchange station is also nearby.

This is my second time to visit Kuala Lumpur and I chose to stay this hotel. All staff are great and helpful, but still disappointed at cleanliness in the room. After check-in, I went to the room and saw the foot trace on the floor. The room should have been inspected before sending guests to their rooms.
The good thing here is located near Masjid Jamek station by 3 minutes walking and there is a 7-eleven downstairs that is easy to grab something to eat at late night.

Came from airport at 2 but was adviced by counter girl to come at 3pm since, the room was not ready yet. After check in, sadly was given room without window and full of mosquitoes but booked and paid for room with window. Only able to get room changed on the 2nd day, was asked by the counter girl to pack my stuff and lift my own luggage. Before that the counters were reluctantly to move me saying there are no rooms available with windows. During the stay, few times blackout, the hotel staff did not bother to calm the occupiers.
At the new room, internet connection was hardly available. The bath towels and mattress were not changed only requested then they supplied new bath towels. same thing with bottled water and coffee as well as electric kettle. Instances, I was knocked on the door many times, though I did not open the door since solat, yet the hotel staff opened the room with their master key. Since then I put label do not disturb outside my door. However since then they did not clean the room. Airconditioned was not functioning well, so hot..
Its so fortunate for only good location, hope the hotel management need to look into many of its weaknesses.

From the outside, the hotel looks clean/modern and the location is excellent. However, when we were showed to our room it was evident the room was very dirty. The room smelt terrible, there was mould on the floor/up the walls and the sheets were stained heavily. There were splashes of dark red above the headboard which I managed to clean off with anti bacterial wipes I had bought with me. The bathroom was filthy and there were a lot of bugs in the room.
As we are back packing we are used to hostels/guesthouses/hotels not being 5* etc but this was a room that we couldn't stay in. We asked the reception staff to be changed to another room because of the uncleanliness, the reception staff was very polite and kind. He gave us a key to another room and asked us to go and see if that room would be ok, unfortunately that room was worse. He then gave us another key and that room was slightly better however still not up to a good standard. We stayed 1 night, woke up bitten by bugs and decided that the room was not as advertised and the uncleanliness was not acceptable.
We explained our concerns to the reception staff and said that we would not be staying for the next 3 nights which we had booked and paid for. We asked for a partial refund however the reception staff lady said that if we check out they did not give refunds/part refunds. After some conversation she would not budge on the partial refund and we just wanted to leave so did.
Such a shame as the location is brilliant.

We stayed here upon arrival to Malaysia.
Location of the hotel was excellent, check in was good. Range of tv channels were very good- if you want that!
Rooms are very basic though, the shower is a wet room which drove me mad as everything gets soaked. Bed was comfy but it was quite loud the 2nd night, I think we were too tired to hear it the first night!! The walls could do with a repaint as there’s marks all along them.
Worth a stay if u don’t mind a basic hotel as it’s cheap and in a good location.

We are waiting since 1 Hour after scheduled 3.00 PM checking time, the room was not ready even then, hotel staff was not responsive. Infact we requested early check-in but they delayed check-in by 1.30 Hours. Super frustrated and tiered. Never adua again.

It was a very good choice for me, in an area full of simple restaurants and eateries, supermarkets and sights. Metro Masjid Jamek is very near too. Air conditioned room, with kettle and free water, and very nice staff.
