Things I Like. Size of the TV, huge 50in, Room and bathroom size is good, Clean, Good View of Titiwangsa, KLCC, KL Tower(Room 410), Quiet room, Lifts works.

Things I Didn't Like. Towels were not white, AC takes a long time to get cold, No Fridge, amenities are lacking.

Overall. For the price it's a good choice with basic facilities and comfort. Parking is available at the basement. I will recommend and return to this hotel.

They gave us the 3rd floor next to a busy highway, with load vehicles and racing till the early hours. This disturb our sleep throughout the night.
The management must install sound proff windows to avoid such issues.

This hotel is very run down and tatty. We had a private room and it was 100% not worth the money. The curtains were stained and dirty, the bedsheets had several massive holes in them, the bathroom roof was stained and leaking. Worst of all the window was broken so it was stuck open all the time. The hotel is next to a very busy road so it was like sleeping next to a racing track. The staff at the desk are pretty unfriendly, they don't acknowledge you or smile as you walk in. The only people who seemed friendly were the security guard and maintenance guy who we met in the lift.

the hotel refused to provide receipt at the check out time. They redirected me to Agoda site, via whcih i made the booking, but i paid cash for the room.
They provide only one small, worn towell at the checkin. you need to ask for an additional one as they are timy, for face wash, not body shower.

Located near Persiaran Titiwangsa 1 (opposite Mcdonald and nearby KPJ Tawakal), the hotel is indeed a no fuss hotel. Upon checking in, one will receive a capsule key with and with tagline stay differently, one is provided with a set of how to use.

First thing first, shoes are stored in a locker next to the reception (using the capsule key) - the locker is allocated based on your capsule number. The house slippers (white hotel slippers) will be provided.

As it's a capsule hotel, your luggage/bag will be stored in a bigger locker on your floor. Those who have big hard shell luggage, will have to resort to keeping it with the reception. One of the hotel procedures which I found quite interesting is that, shower is a MUST before going into your capsule, probably because due to hygiene purposes I reckon. A bit odd though and makes sense. The capsule isn't big of course but it lived up to my expectation.

It comes with a lot of amenities ranging from lights dimmers (for reading and watching tv), door lock, air conditioning adjustment buttons, a small safe and most important one charger port and two USB charing ports (5V or 2100mA) and it also comes with a small laptop table. For your safety, there are a fire extinguisher and fire alarm installed.

The room comes with wi-fi (excellent speed) and tv (which requires you to use headphone instead) and they provided you with 2 pillows and a duvet and towel!
Toilet was clean and and free flow of water is available on each floor.

On top of that, there are other facilities available in the hotel which includes
Free shuttle van to the three hospitals (ranging from 400m to 1km in distance) nearby as well as KLCC (2.5km away) and PWTC(1.5km away)
Free Parking
Self Laundry (paid)
Vending machines for cold and hot drinks
Airport pickup (booking is necessary)

My qualms are it is a little bit further away from the city and there is no direct train to get there and if your capsule neighbour is too noisy, you can hear them talking or moving around. The nearest train line and station is Monorail Titiwangsa and it will take you a good 20 minutes walk

At checkout - you need to return your key and the tv remote.

Nice place to stay. Very kind and friendly staff. The capsules are quite spacious and comfy. A bit noisy because of the people coming in and out of the capsule. the air-conditioner too strong. Nice experience.

You may try if you want to experience staying at a capsule.

It has very cool design and quite hi-tech. We were staying at a mixed double dorm. With shared bathroom, water dispenser provided, common chill area, bedroom slipper provided to walk around at the hotel, lift facility, shoes locker. Luggage locker is not considerate enough if you are given a locker at the top, it will be hard for lady to put their luggage.

Hotel located far from titiwangsa train station. Not convenient. Surrounding doesn't have eating places. Only Mcd across two main road. No convenient store nearby but the hotel selling some drinks and cup noodles.
