My recent stays at Signature Hotel was nothing short of fascinating. Right the time I arrive to the Hotel was warmly welcomed by the smiling of the staff of the hotel. The rooms are nice clean and beds comfortable . Again , what caught my attention was the efficiency of the Housekeeping staff. Good WIFI coverage

First, when I came to this hotel, I had to wait about 30 minutes for check-in and receptionist was not friendly at all. All replying from the receptionist was late and I had to call them by my own many times. My room was so bad. First day I came to this hotel, there was no amenities. Especially I was so disappointed with their services because They didn’t support me to find my camera go pro that I lost when I was here. We stayed here for one night. Upon checking in the staff were most unhelpful, and unfriendly. Check in was very slow and we were given no information about how to get to our room, check-out time, what time breakfast was etc, so not off to a good start. The room was a small box, which smelt of damp and we found quite a few bugs in the bathroom. The bed was clean but the pillows were very hard (perhaps personal preference). When we later enquired about breakfast we were told between 7:30-10:30/11:00 (very vague). When we went for breakfast the next day at 10:10, we were told breakfast was already finished as there weren’t meany guest having breakfast. The waiter said he would bring us some breakfast, it wasn’t very nice and a bit strange (photo attached below). Avoid staying here if possible, however low prices so did us fine for one night.

I have many issues with this hotel. Firstly, the manager came to knocking at our door, with no real reason to do so- she asked our room had been cleaned when the cleaner had just come a few minutes before? Another time, a member of staff came knocking saying only ‘room service’, which I’m not even sure the hotel do, and he had nothing in his hand. Both of them had a key card for the room. I have read on other reviews that the staff let themselves into your room without asking, I am sure they would’ve done that had we not been there or answered the door. We then heard the bleeps of other doors opening. This left us feeling uneasy as there are no safes in the room. There were lots of bugs in the room every time we came in and a bug squished into the wall. The mattress was dirty - when sheet came away, the mattress was covered in hairs and stains. Our biggest issue was with the falsely advertised breakfast. We pre paid for the buffet breakfast. When we got there the staff acted weirdly and they all walked away with no explanation. The manager watched us go over to the buffet to find there was nothing in it. No one said anything to us, we were left wondering what was going on. They gave us tea, no choice of tea or coffee. Then 10 minutes later came over with rice and an omelette- again no choice as to whether we liked or could eat this (could be allergic or vegan, as my boyfriend is) and certainly not the buffet we paid for. When we complained the staff didn’t do much, just shrugged and said the chief isn’t here today. They offered no real explanation or anything to make up for the fact we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The next morning we came down for breakfast, hoping it would be a different story. Again, the same situation. No buffet or no ‘à la carte’ menu choice, as they advertised on ‘booking.com’, and we paid for !!!! Really poor customer service. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Oh and the sugar had ants crawling in it! Nice. As well as this, there are lots of taxes put on the bill, and unexpected costs added on at the hotel, not so budget after all. Avoid at all costs! Rude and unhelpful staff.

I booked many hotels before but this is the first time i had a bad hotel like this. I found cheap price in Booking and booked 3 rooms/3 nights for my family that have 2 old man. When i came in early morning they said my booking is wrong, booking is wrong. Booking never wrong except hotel want to take more money. I booked 1 night 30myr no tax, but when i come they said it's 90myr in Booking and 150myr if we don't book in app. Staff is not helpful at all, they just want to take more money with no asking or helping. They behaved very bad when we asking for others rooms. Shouldn't book this hotel for your trip, i can't believe how i can book the worst hotel like this. And i see breakfast is very poor. No recommended this hotel at all. Many others hotel near this is better

we had previously stayed at this hotel and had a good experience when it was new. we booked this hotel for 2 weeks and are utterky shocked by the reception behaviour and the management. First they gave us a different room other than what we had requested. secondly all their cups are leaking and when we asked to change the staff said they will charge us. we just checkedin and found that the cups were leaking. the toilets are leaking and the kind maintenaince staff fixed it after 3 days. we suggest not to book this hotel whatsoever

i was check-in last night with my wife around 9 pm.when i made a booking i was request for the late check out 2 pm.but upon check-in they told me i can do the late checking out,nut upon departure they Change me half day chage.the room is very small no amenity in the room.the bed under the blanket have lot of blood.i was request for the iron board and iron plate around 12 pm..but they dont provide me untill i Checking out. Thehe Reception Staff Rezaul, Bangladeshi girl Nargis and make me disappointed and they have new manager really dont know how to speaking with guest. if you guys come to kl dont stay this hotel.

Staff in this hotel are an absolute joke. We booked a double room with a queen bed with a window- on arrival we were told the room with a window was not available for the first night so they told us to stay in the room then change the next day, with no apologies or discount, we refused and they offered a twin room with the beds pushed together with a window for the whole stay.. again not what we booked so we refused, went back and forth trying to get the room we had booked with the first receptionist until another member of staff said she could find a suitable room, the two staff members almost sniggered to each other (we later realised why). We were told to wait whilst they get the room ready, the check in process already took 20 minutes for some reason, we waited another 10 minutes to be shown to our room only to see it was twin beds pushed together (hence the laughter) they thought we wouldn't realise.. we did of course but in the end just accepted it - we had a long travel day and just wanted to get in our room. Something to note as well is the fees added on to the bill are very high. The next day before going out for dinner I was about to shower but realised for some reason when the cleaners had been in they had taken the room towels and not replaced them.. very odd. Firstly a do not disturb/make my room sign would be handy as we do not need room cleaning everyday - its wasteful. Secondly why remove the towels? I called reception to ask for a towel they said they would bring one up, after a 15 minute wait I called again, no answer, kept ringing until someone picked up and told me no towels are available until 6pm, shocking really as it was new years and we had plans. So 6pm comes and still no sign of towels so I call reception again to no answer (it felt like they were avoiding my calls) after 10 minutes of trying they pick up and say there are still no towels and it might be another hour. They eventually find one near 7pm (even if it did have holes in it).

The hotel receiption service very bed. When im check in come loby waiting so long. But that time only one customer have. Very slow service. Then give room condition is very bed. Room celing colour take out and wet.later give me another room. That room cattle inside have water and bathroom dranage struc.

poor check in services very small rooms no window if you convert your room in window room they charge 10RM nothing special in window room, lift was access with key they provide only one key then you face lot of prob, wifi very bad before check in they deposit 100RM, very bad management, they dint know hospitality of guest, they not offer for early check in even if they have room but they cannot offer room to guest.. check in time is very bad 1400. in India all hotel check in time 12 noon. this hotel only good for South Indian only
