Stay 6 nights.Nice location in Bukit Bingtang. Hotel stuff and reception attendance is very cooperative and professional. Hotel room is very clean. Only facing trouble for 2 days during in top 6th floor of bath shower is quite slow and insufficient. Otherwise good for budget Hotel.

I stayed in this hotel previously and have given a suggestion for them to paint the room because of the chipped off wallpaper. Well, they did paint the room and that was good.Room looks better. No in room tidbits available as compared to my previous visit in 2018, not a big deal for me. No extra toilet roll placed by housekeeping staff during make up room, just the one that we used during our whole stay. Only shower cap and multipurpose bath gel that works both as body and hair shampoo. No glass in the bathroom either.

Old rooms, all the wall are broken, need to make new... I go in bathroom and see many small ants... I open the fridge and I see an old eating inside... So very old and staff not serious. Only good staff at reception.

This hotel is ideal for shopping and nightlife, the staff are friendly and rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The lift is small only get about 4 people and luggage in. Nice hot shower and very cozy bed, good fridge and a decent air con, but a little noisy at night.

The staff were all extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The Location is ideal and the price very reasonable. There are many Restaurants , Shopping Malls and Giant Super Market around the Hotel.They have a secure Luggage Store room as well. Low Yat Plaza, Metro station, Berjaya Time Sqaure are all very close by. Nice stay here. Our room had nice and quiet A/C. Mini bar and kettle were very useful. Thanks

It's rundown hotel. The furniture was very old and need replacement. Eventhough the room was spacious but it was not taking care of, scratches on the wall and the wardrobe chipped and was painted with white paint. Found 2 German cockroaches crawling on the wardrobe and near coffee making facility.

Hotel is old but interior of room is still ok, the room need a new slick of paint lots of chip wall on beds sides. Room and bathroom is spacious with fridge, big wardrobes, desk/chairs, lots of power points/lights and the tv has lots of channels to watch. Love the busy location but room on level 6 with Windows is still quiet. The staff is very nice and even allow early check in at 11.30am. Good value.

I wanted to find a place to stay for the night as we were to travel to another location early in the morning. The check in and out process was fast and the place is really located in a good area. Jalan Alor was just right at the back where all the good food is at night. Even though the place looks a little run down, the rooms were pretty basic but decent enough to warrant a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheaper accommodation while having some comfort.
