I have stayed at Tiara twice now. The staff were so amazingly helpful, giving their time to assist with issues and even storing luggage for 4 weeks while we travelled to another country and were only returning to fly out of KL. We didn't even stay at the Guesthouse on our return as our flights were the same day. I...

Cheap and reasonable rate for the room. Always stay if had a work around K.L area. The reception are friendly and helpful. The location are also good - very easy to find food and public transportation. This place is recommended for those who are searching for a budget accommodation.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the staff were quite nice and helpful, especially the Indian lady. The rooms are super under rated for the price; very small sized, no windows and shared toilets for RM80. Eventhough its quite clean, and toilets have hot water; you still can spot a few dead cockroaches around. Overall very average place and could...

We also stayed there for two nights in October. Yes, my friend was bitten several times by the 'blood fleas', and also experienced some kind of small worms on the bathroom floor upstairs. True to fashion (see previous person's comments) the male staff's reply was: "Don't you eat worms in Thailand", trying to turn it into a 'joke'. When I...

I wasn't able to sleep much, given that it is a shared dormitory type and other guests are chatting all through the night. I felt bed bugs crawling. I thought I was paranoid but I was sure they were. The place is neat though. The staffed walked barefoot and guests keep their shoes outside. The owner is nice and helpful.

This was my second time stay due to the welcoming treats from my first stay. Dusted fan caused me skin allergy. When I approached the on duty female staff for help, one was pointed to another, who was chatting with the guest in the garden, with herself playing on the phone sitting on the bench. Have never believed that Horrible...
