We had a nice room with comfy bed and beautiful view of Patrones Twin Towers and city. Restaurant and bar were great and had even better views. We enjoyed the warm pool once it opened up. Location could be better, but close to food hawkers and a few other restaurants. Mostly used Grab to get around from hotel. Nice stay!

Very nice Diamond Member Treatment. Unfortunately only 2 of 3 lifts are working and it takes forever getting up to my room. Breakfast items have improved but food is cold mostly. Good if you get a room at around 140 Myr, not worth anything more than 180 imho. Great to be back after more than 3 years. Especially nice treatment from Aidlin and Zhan Quin. Will come back if you fix the elevators…🤣😂

I had spent 5 very comfortable nights and had a lovely view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel is located in an old part of KL near to Chow Kit station (8 minute walk away). I would recommend catching a taxi from KL Sentral Station if you catch a train from airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were done up I the mornings. The TV had English movie channels and news. The staff were very efficient and attentive. Breakfast buffet was good. I chose to pay for breakfast at reception when I felt like it at the hotel. Just a lovely stay.

Slowest check in and check out process ever... Queues are endless at any time of the day.. Waiting area is extremely small like 3 chairs without even a table.. I'm totally shocked that this is the level of hilton providing to its customers.. Only 1 receptionist is serving all customers which is extremely tiring for them.. Definitely not a pleasant experience to spend 30 min in a queue !!!

It’s me and my husband’s first wedding anniversary and we chose this hotel as the price was not expensive and we were able to avail a team member’s discount. The service and friendliness of the employees were the highlight of our stay. From reservations, thank you to Hermann and Shiva for answering our booking inquiries and for the helpful suggestions. From reception, a very special thank you to Santa and Thini. They were very helpful with our needs. From garden grille, Nora, Rahman and Yugon for being attentive and they give great service during breakfast. From Rooftop25, Farrah was very accommodating and so friendly. We didn’t get the names from housekeeping who cleaned our room but service was also great. Thank you, everyone! From room 1111, De Los Santos

Rooms were spacious, but the elevators were extremely slow. 1 elevator was out of order and the hotel was busy. Often had to wait 15 minutes in line in the lobby waiting for elevators. Location is good, near transportation and banks. Not a lot of food nearby.

Had a lovely four-day stay at this hotel. Rooms have a good size, aircon is silent and the beds are super. Absolutely no streetnoise, which is important with a mosque and a busy market nearby. There is a rooftop bar at the swimmingpool, but for dinner you have to go out on the street. We highly recommend Java An-Nar opposite from the hotel. They serve delicious authentic Malay food, but they close around 20.30 hrs. Also very good is Alhufra about 200 metres to the left. Their fresh homemade hummus with pita bread and a lassi is yummie.

I stayed at the two KL Hilton Garden Inn hotels during Christmas period because other Hilton hotels were expensive during the festival season. The two Garden Inn hotels (Garden Inn North and Garden Inn South) are located almost side-by-side. South is more expensive than North and it has a bar and swimming pool at the rooftop which North does not have. I had stayed at other Garden Inn hotels in Phuket and Seoul before and they were quite nice so I thought these two Garden Inns should be ok but I was quite shocked when I stayed at North for the first night. The room looked dirty (a lot of dirt on the carpet and the walls) and the lift was not functioning well. The location was convenient, however do note that there are a lot of budget hotels nearby. Garden Inn South is much better than North and the guest room was cleaner. The rooftop bar is great and has spectacular view of KL city especially at night. If you are an Hilton Honor Diamond member, do ask for a KL Tower view room but do not expect any other privileges such as welcome drink, etc.

Check in and my check out by David was swift. The 08 series room has a good view of the KLCC. Space is OK for 1 or 2 people. Good size bath. Everything runs well: AC, Internet, hot water. Breakfast spread was OK for budget range hotel. They served nasi lemak, nasi goreng, pasta, mee bandung and pastry. Also they serve good tasting coffee @ latte. Mr Mohan, Mr Calvin and Mr Rahman did a great job in managing this property. They were super friendly and attentive. Kudos to Mr Daniel too. By the way, they now have valet assist parking. Overall my stay was good. Thank you.

I had to downgrade the room at the time of checkin, because the room as per my booking had issues like smell and other issues. Staff are not proactive on such issues. Room was also not so clean. Bath room fittings need maintenance. I'll never stay in such hotel and will not recommend others also.
