I stayed in this service appartment from July 2023 to January 2024 and I don't recommend it for several reasons: 1.Insects From day 1, I noticed that there were a lot of insects. I asked them to do something about it, I asked several times to change the room. they finally brought a specialist. The conclusion from the provider was relentless: they needed 3 days to clean the room. They finally accepted to change my room mid-October only. 2. Power cuts I experienced several power cuts. Once it happed when I was away for the weekend. All that was in the fridge and the freezer, was completely lost. They offered me 200 myr to cover the lost only, after I complained. Of course, it didn’t cover all the lost especially for the meat in the freezer. 3. Painting company - no privacy, no safety Last but not least, An external provider was painting the external façade of the building. I didn’t know that their intervention was also on the flours (no information provided) A worker from this company saw me while I was in my kitchen

Dear ilhamm771, We deeply sorry to hear about your experience at Trillion Suites. All feedbacks are taken seriously, and your comfort is our top priority. Complaint on insect received on 10th October 2023, which immediately housekeeping team had been deployed to thoroughly clean the unit. Since no evidence of pest found, a pest control visit were arranged to investigate the situation. Had offered to conduct new round of pest treatment and another round of thorough cleaning as an effort to resolve the unidentified insects for good but were rejected by your good self. We arranged change of apartment as soon unit available on 12th October 2023, at one of our newly refurbished floors as to ensure you have the best comfort. The power supply outage, was due to an unexpected power interruption to our neighborhood power grid which is beyond our control. Nonetheless, we offered you a MYR 200.00 worth gift card as we believed its more than enough to repurchase similar items after we accessed carefully your fridge which contains mostly leftovers food and beverages, some frozen meat and chicken which still with price tags (Beef slices MYR 20.90/250gm), and frozen chicken (boneless breast MYR 11.84/420gm and 1 whole chicken without tag in which estimated market prices at MYR 19- MYR 22.00 (1.9-2kg). The safety and security of our guests is always our top most priority, thus prior executing any projects, we will ensure sufficient notices issued for everyone information. As you aware, the property is undergoing building external façade repainting project since 11th August 2023 which estimate to take approximately 11 months until completion. Notices and memos regards to the Project's work schedule and precautionary advisory, was placed in all guests elevators and all apartment units as to remind our guests to safeguard their privacy and comfort especially around balconies, windows and kitchen/laundry yard area as workers will be on moving gondola outside their units. At the time of incident, the workers were at your unit level conducting pressure wash of the external wall on a moving gondola hence spotted you at the opening area. To solved your privacy issue, our team had covered the kitchen/laundry yard area with cardboard as to provide additional privacy during this exercise. Once again, sincere regret for our short fall and for the inconvenience caused. We thank you for sharing the feedback which will help us to improve our services and ensure a better experience for all our guests.

5 out of 5. Clean and spacious Easy check in and out process Very attending to the guests needs Facilities i.e. swimming pool and gym are also superb Nice view too. The petronas twin towers side view, not as magnificent, but it serves the purpose. I love the 2in1 washer and dryer machine available in my unit.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom residence for 4 nights.. the room is rather spacious and well furnished with tv sofa washing machine and etc.. the washing machine works well but the dryer does not seem to be working.. tried it several times but the clothes were still not dried.. our room balcony is facing the KL twin towers and its quite nice.. as the hotel is facing the main road it can be abit noisy at times.. There is a free WIFI and its quite fast.. but there are limited channels on the tv and there are no children tv channels so my kids were quite bored.. The hotel room was clean but there seems to be a musky smell which I think is coming from the toilets.. seems to be some sewage issue.. but it didnt bother me much as we bought air refreshners to spray the whole room.. The mattress in the hotel was not the standard of most hotels though.. its quite firm and abit uncomfortable.. Check in and out of the hotel was quite fast.. do note that you have to pay a deposit of RM200 when checking in which will be returned upon checking out.. and there is free parking at the hotel but you can only park at the allocated lots.. For amenities, the hotel is about 5 mins walk to the Intermark Mall which had plenty of shops and restaurants.. Will consider returning again for the price and the location which is not as busy as areas like Bukit Bintang and etc

One of our best stay ever. Huge and clean 4 bedrooms suites. All Pros, need to stay here to believe. Location only few mins drive to Pavilion, KLCC and Chinatown Kuala Lumpur. There is a small mall beside too - Intermark. Breakfast at level 6 is decent but not massive varieties. Not forgetting we have private lift too to our rooms.

It was clean but the furniture smell cigarettes. The breakfast was not bad but very small gathering area compared to the number of guests. The two bedrooms apartment is wide and well equipped. The best thing of this location is the swimming pool and the staff.

This is my second time at Trillion Suites by SLG (formerly known as Avillion Trillion Residences). I was surprised under the new management (SLG) that the following items in the apartment (10-1) that we stayed was not checked properly whether it was in good condition or not prior to our arrival: 1)The water in the single and two bedrooms were extremely slow and one of the bidet (master bedroom) was broken. 2)The air conditioning was not working properly despite several technician visits where they only realized that one of the aircond (master bedroom) required additional gas top-up. However, the kitchen, living & dining room area were still warm.

Trillion Suites is an apartment/hotel located quite close to the heart of KL city. Best for larger groups who would like a place that resembles home; ours was a 2-bedroomed apartment which was incredibly generously sized (for city centre hotel) - a very large sitting/dining area, with open kitchen, full double-door fridge/freezer, a separate utility room with washing machine, a separate wet kitchen area, two comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom very large, with en-suite bathroom), and a small separate third "spare" room (no bed). There was airconditioning in every room, and ceiling fans, as well. The kitchen equipment was generous and quite complete, including a rice-cooker - so everything you might need to prepare a quick meal. Microwave and convection oven, also. Free car parking provided on site, and walkable to supermarket (Jaya Grocer's), dining and malls (Intermark - 5 minutes, Linq - 10 minutes). Distance to MRT/LRT also walkable (5-10 minutes), which gives you access to the metro network in KL. Very large swimming pool on Level 5, with gym facilities also available. Staff friendly and helpful, and housekeeping were really efficient. Breakfast apparently served on Level 6 in one of the apartments, but we didn't try. To note: Utility area and wet kitchen was a little musty-smelling of drains (but we just kept the door to these areas closed), and road noise might be a problem (not for us, and, some apartments get a great view of the KL Twin Towers). Summary - great stay, if you're looking for the service apartment accommodation, just don't expect a resort- luxury feel.

This apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean. My room has a beautiful view facing the Petronas tower. My family and I are very comfortable staying at Trillion during our holiday in KL. They cleaned my unit every day. The location is quite good, 10 minutes drive to Pavilion. Walking distance to ShuDaXia hotpot restaurant and Intermark mall.

A suite with all the necessary amenities a family would need for a long stay, a group of well mannered and supportive staff, a beautiful view of the PETRONAS twin tower to watch on during new year's eve. What more can one ask for? A bit away from the happening places, which is good in a way. Would recommend it to any family. We would love to come again and again during our visit to Malaysia. Thank you so much.

When I walked into the 2 bedroom apartment that was to be my home for the next 10 days, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the place was spotlessly clean and well maintained unlike what was described in some of the recent reviews here. It is in the heart of the city, close to the underground train station (Ampang park) and has the Intermark Mall with several restaurants located just five minutes away. Unfortunately, the good impression did not last long. Despite hanging the notice requesting room cleaning outside my door, the room was not cleaned even once in six days. The floor 'sweats' - i.e condensed water appears on the floor tiles and I nearly broke my back when I slipped on the first day when I had not noticed the 'sweating'. One day a large area of the floor was wet and I called for housekeeping to mop it up. Ended up waiting for over an hour after making two calls. They arrived with a synthetic mop that spread the wetness even more instead of absorbing the moisture from the floor. Exasperated, I asked them to mop with a bath towel since there was no other absorbent material on hand. The guy mopped the floor with the towel and thoughtlessly puts the towel on the kitchen counter! Another time I asked for sugar and at first I was given an excuse that housekeeping services only started about an hour later and only then my request could be attended to! I asked for a late checkout since my flight was late at night and reception blithely informed that I would be charged if I stayed beyond an hour after checkout time. With travel now picking up - I do hope Ariva pulls up its socks and improves its service to the levels they charge.
