Mark from Front Desk Office is impressive. He was able to provide efficient services and anticipating our needs. When we check in, our room is not ready, but at the same time we had to leave hotel to attend some stuff. Thus, we requested for our baggages and food to be delivered to the room. We will be back to collect the key at a later time. Also, we forget to take the car park coupon, after walking some distance we went back and requested for the car park coupon, he immediately serve us again and pass the coupon very efficiently. The last time I was there, the wait time to get the car park coupon was much slower but Mark does it very swiftly. Upon us going back to hotel, he was able to recognized us and already prepared our keys for the room to give us, even before I walked to the reception and request for it. Mark was above and beyond. Excellent experience overall. Great service from literally the time we stepped in (staff immediately asked to carry our bags and helped us to get an extra room key card) until we left (concierge helped to validate our TnG parking even though it was not his job). I would certainly recommend Four Seasons Hotel to anyone asking.

Highly recommended venue for Weddings! The catering manager Ellie Low was extremely helpful and responsive on all of our many enquiries for our wedding. She really did her best to make everything go smoothly and made everything 10x less stressful for us. I would also like to thank Ms Jasmeen for upgrading our suite, the stay was amazing and we appreciate all the little complimentary details inside the suite :). The food was also very delicious, we requested a full vegetarian Chinese menu and the chef Jimmy Wong and chef Jack Tang created such a unique and flavorful menu that exceeded everyone's expectations. The banquet supervisors Yan San Lee and Ashveen were also superb in making sure everything went right during the banquet dinner. Good: - Hotel switch to use Diptyque from L’Occitane for lotion, shampoo, I love Diptyque body shampoo smell. - Breakfast still maintain top quality for so many years. - As usual, I like room toilet, Kohler brand with warm toilet seat. - Hotel Staff very helpful and friendly, top service level. (Curate, Trigona, and The Lounge) - I can stay whole day in hotel, very enjoy staying in hotel. - Restaurant food is good especially Nasi Goreng Royale, I ordered 2 times. - Bunga Raya in Trigona bar is my favorite. - Afternoon tea not up to my expectation compared other hotel (Example: Grand Hyatt). - Reservation team very helpful and they provide me extra bed for my kid. - Room, lobby, life, and walkway smell so good, probably they put perfume? To improve: - Start this year, hotel no longer has room package with 20% restaurant discount. - I requested birthday decoration in room (Note: extra charge not free), but it look cheap compared with previous year. (this is the 6th time i stay in FS KL). - No welcome drink during check in, i was thirsty during check in. - Previous year i still got a welcome fruit in room but they never provide anymore. - Nobody serve drink for me and my wife in pool, previous stay staff automatically serve drink for me once I sit down near poolside. The rooms was excellent with a welcome Anniversary cake in our room. Room was cozy and well decorated. The executive lounge was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and service was superb. Special thanks to Swady, Tan and Saiful whom made us felt at home and served us with great hospitality at the lounge. Definitely will make a come back next year.

Great location Great managers Farah at front desk, Olivia and Syazwamani at the restaurant front desk are Great However, the service is much to give for especially at dining. Great buffet spreads but without the sous chef the guys really struggle to serve anything which is not right of the bat

I had a tea ceremony and a lunch reception at the four seasons in KL. I booked a package through their website and Ellie was my planner, which was essential since I was planning the wedding from the US. She was prompt in her communication and helped me navigate the details for the wedding. The event was so smooth and I honestly have no complaints. The hotel suite itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and Ellie’s team for any event planning!

Great location with easy access to subway and lots of shopping mall, AK, Pavilion, Suria etc. The hotel is quite modern with first-class design. Room is extremely spacious with fantastic view. You can see the KLCC park from the window. Four Seasons bed is always comfortable and guarantee dreamless sleep. Service is second to none, all friendly employees with sincere small. Whenever you stop by reception, receptionist knows who you are and will have a personalized conversation. Receptionist Zariff (Sorry If I got the name wrong), is so considerate. Concierge team is really helpful and provide all necessary information for your trip. I’m in shock to have the strong “Masala Chia” through room service which I’m unable to find in past 3 days. Look forward to coming back again.
