Cheap little hotel, with overhyped reviews! the rooms are very small theirs no-way you can open a suitcase here unless you place on your bed, very noisy air conditioning, that disturbs your peace, I checked on my phone app and its plus 60db equivalent to a loud conversation constantly while your awake and sleep!!! The dust from the AC units fills the room leaving your nose running, no cupboards, nowhere to store your clothes, I did complain to staff and they said every room is like that, so they couldn't careless. Totally ruined my holiday in KL, many better established chain hotels nearby that have international standards available.

Hotel is really modern and has everything that you need. Real good location and staff super helpful. We reality enjoyed the city thanks to the location we could move around by feet or by bus/monorail. I would rate them a 10/10.

Strategic location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. But the room was very smelly with body odour and I had to spray constantly throughout my stay. The cleaner men were also very helpful in doing additional spraying of the room twice. Unfortunately, the smell is too strong, I just live with it for a day and left for another place. Generally, it is a good hotel with friendly receptionist.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and those were Saiful, Vivi and Keng. The room that I was assigned to was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel are very close to the bars and Jalan Alor street food. I'll definitely come again.

The hotel is super central. The rooftop is very nice and you can chill there very good. Only they have to wash the glass of the pool because they is very dirty. The room are very big and also good. You have everything what you need. We have no window, but when you want you can upgrade your room.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff, especially Halim whom I meet at the front desk every morning, are friendly and cater to my needs throughout my time at MOV Hotel. The aesthetics in the room (GEMINI) including the lights in the bathroom are pleasant. I'd recommend this place to my family/friends and look forward to coming here again.
